My partner and I agree, you are the BEST real estate tour guide. Your channel is the BEST real estate program we have ever seen. You’re straight to the point, you give detailed explanations for areas of the house and you are the first person to actually describe the layout and walkways of the house so that we can feel as though we are there with you. I also love that O Sole Mio is playing in the background.
Many of us maybe don’t know it..but actually you need strong expertise to design, construct and maintain such a structure on that type of ground. Italians have a long-standing tradition in terrace house engineering and architecture design, and this is a great example of that. How gorgeous!
Having been to Positano, the availability of parking and a way to get directly to your villa is an amazing plus for the property. If you've been to this beautiful town, you can understand my comment.

Italy is very gifted with stunning natural landscapes: from mountains, to the sea, to lakes and so on. But italians also do a vrey very good job in taking care of their country and of their cultural and architectural inheritance. In my opinion Italy is the most beautiful country in the world. Because on top of what I said previously, it also has delicious and very healthy food.
@@AnaMaria-xk3dr I totally agree. The ingredients in the cooking are very organic and natural. No artificial and chemical process. Not just the amazing food but the architectures are out of this world. Italy and France are the top countries I wish to travel in Europe. I dont know what the paradise look like, but I could imagine it would be like some what beautiful landscape in Italy. It's just my general observation. I hope, I was not exaggerated.

In order to make the video look seamless, how long does Danilo practice before you all finalize the video? Danilo looks very comfortable in front of the camera.. Lovely home--wonderful views. But how does it work on a practical level? How do you have a new refrigerator or furniture delivered, for example? How does the gardener get his equipment--his lawnmower-- there. Everything seems so constricted. Beautiful though!

One would have to be rich to live in a house like that, and one could simply hire someone to make the deliveries, and let them worry about how to do it. Thanks for your reply, and all your appealing video ads. They provide such a nice, though brief, respite from the drabness of real life.

That once more seems like an incredibly good price, so many bedrooms and outdoor spaces and that view alone is worth more by itself ! I must visit Positano but when there are less people but still some things open.

Absolutely beautiful. I really like the arrangement with the hotel; however, would have a concern with the lift. With all machinery, there are problems with "down-time". When that happens, are there stairs available to walk to street level? Great presentation, Danilo, as always.
The most beautiful coast in the world... I live close the Amalfi coast it's about 80 km far from my house. I used to go there with my motorbike sometimes which is fun but few days ago I bought a car which is better to take with you your baggage or laptop etc compared to a motorbike if you want to spend more than 1 day there. So I can't wait to spend more time on the Amalfi coast after this shitty pandemy, I love when it's crowded with tourist!!
Danilo! It is like having an old friend drop by to see you again. Your way of showing off these properties and speaking of them is wonderful. At one point you said "enjoying the Positano sun" like it belongs exclusively to Positano. Lol Love that. That green tile is a bit much though. It could have been used more sparingly. Oh well. The funicular is like an elevator on an angle. Great idea. The access to the hotel amenities would make it a great place to live. Grazi, mile grazi. See you next week.

The bathrooms in the main villa are scary loud with those tiles, but the bathrooms in the apartment are just wonderful. Those are my only changes if I figure out how to buy this. As an artist I would be muraling all the walls as well.
