You should paint the truck delmonico red and then powder coat the suspension the same yellow as the banana ram and then do a black leather interior and headliner with the starlight liner
You ever thought about getting new bed sides? Then you could make a flat bed but use bed sides on lower portion. I have never really seen that and I think it would look pretty cool.
You definitely have skill and I’m sure you can do it your way but generally I feel like it’s harder to mix the paint exactly if you do it in stages . I work at a body shop and generally we shoot it all together
You should try corroseal for the rust it’s something my father and I have been using for a while and it works fantastic it’s original designed for marine use but it works great on automotive and it kills the rust and is designed to be primed then painted over

What do you do for insurance with having vehicles so customized, I got in a accident and got completely screwed, they toldled the truck, I got it back with clean title and rebuilt it did a 06-08 dodge front end swap, and its about to be back on the road and I dont wanna get screwed again if something where to happen, any help would be appreciated
Keep the receipts of parts on the truck and show them when they are putting together an offer. My buddy was offered 3k on a car he had 16 in. Insurance saw the paperwork and gave him 6.5 and his car instead of 3k to get out of it.

I’m actually an upholsterer do not pull the inner part of the shell of the headliner board off with Ford trucks in that era it’s not hard to rip it off when you start and if you do the board won’t turn out right I normally make a cut down the middle and start my tear down from there
What was that can of spray used to turn rust into a bondable surface? I don’t see it on your list bro?! If y’all have info on that product as to where I can buy it here in Canada that would be amaze balls too!!
