Look into a tintable sealer, a gray sealer may lead to bleed through or alter the base, also when you paint the truck don’t do it in pieces or it most likely won’t match due to metallic atomization, good luck
i can second that. My truck is a tuxedo black f150, which has alot of flakes/metallic in it, and some panels look green in the right light and the one beside it will look like a metallic black. could just be a shit paint shop got to it before i bought it but im not sure.

Ryan you need an airfile or longboard as they’re called. It would cut your sanding time greatly. Makes the outcome a lot better too. Slap some 36 on a longboard and boom! Flat as a table on the flat parts.

When your running your hand over the truck to feel the bodywork, put a thin rag, or a T-shirt on your hand, we used to use cloth gloves. Keep up the good work.
Get yourself some real sanding blocks, they have the flex you need, a 2x4 is not the way to do it, float your body filler out more too, it’s a game of optical illusion to get it nice and straight. 36 grit, 80 grit and 120/180 if need be.
Awesome videos lately. Glad to see you back in the old shop getting things done your way, the right way. But what happened to the other shop, powder coating oven, paint booth. Is all that still happening? I will say this much, its sure nice seeing the old vlogging style again minus the immature tool bags. I saw someone a couple days talk how their filler flaked off because it was out on bare metal... Check and make sure you can put your filler on bare metal
