Loving the Attention to detail with fabricating them panels. those little indents where the grommets go on the Upper sill section will make all it look like factory once its all put back together. Cracking Job!
I am doing the same thing to my, only thing is my doesn't even look like she'll or like it was something. Watching your videos has given me a batter idea of how to build it. Keep up the good work 💪
This is truely a wonderful repair. The eg hatch is intricate around the rear of the sill and the jacking point - difficult to fabricate and the near sude is worse with the filler neck. Also - repair panels are the wrong shape - no flair on the wheel arch the way it should be. Early repair sections had it - but they are no longer available. Great video and thank you for sharing.

This is so incredible! How were you able to weld in the new quarter panels without it warping the metal? Ive done this before, but no matter how slow i go, it ends up warping...
Cheapy wolf mig 140, don't think you can buy them new anymore. And using lidl/parkside 0.6mm flux core wire 🤣 really should go to gas so it's easier for the thin sheet metal😱
