A group of Alaskans are revitalizing the state's oldest lighthouse.
The Eldrick Rock Lighthouse was built in the 1900s after a ship mysteriously crashed through the Lynn Canal just outside Haines at the height of the Gold Rush.
It's been abandoned for the greater part of a century.
Radio Canada was there when a group of volunteers stepped on to the island for their first overnight stay this summer.
