About a month ago, my mom turned this on for me at night to make me sleep better. Slept super well and deep. I went to sleep at 10. Woke up at 4. Extremely awake. Couldn't sleep and couldn't feel drowsy after it.. damn this is one of a kind fr Definitely recommend
I have just practised this and I need to let you know what a powerful experience it was . My heart truly opened as the tears flowed . This was such a colourful visual too. I usually listen to you lying down but I did this this morning to move on with my day . You are a blessing 🙏🏻💕

I absolutely love the meditations on this channel and listen every single night but am usually asleep before it gets to the listing of body parts in this video. I was awake tonight and couldn't keep up with the list while breathing and saying the suggested words. I had to stop because it was frustrating. Sorry.
this isn't really a yoga nidra, more of a hypnosis. yoga nidra focuses heavily on the body. there isn't enough time on each body part. frustrating! I do normally like your work but this one was a miss for me.
That was a lot of talking but not yoga nidra. Yoga nidra asks you to bring your awareness to all the different parts of the body in a specific order, this is not it.
