Can you make more of these and say “balanced immune system” instead of strong? So many diseases involve an overactive immune system/autoimmune disease/mast cell activation . My immune system needs to calm down. “Balanced” would cover everyone . Thank you . I love these.
Since I started using this meditation a few weeks ago I have been waking up with insightful thoughts about things that are emotionally difficult in my life. Not every day of course, but at least 5 or six times in the last few weeks. It's kinda weirding me out. I've been meditating and reading self help books and going to therapy for YEARS and I've never had this kinds of emotional decluttering so easily and so frequently in such a short space of time. I mean, my brain is already primed from all the inner work I do, but no other RU-vid sleep meditation has done anything like this so I am just at the point that I listen to them to drown out my husband's snoring. 😁 I was not expecting actual stuff to come out of this one either. I'm going to keep listening to it every night just to see what else I can pull out of my broken psyche and work on. Also, I need to start journaling the realizations I have in the mornings. I haven't been and I regret not writing these thoughts down immediately. Thank you! 🩷
I woke up with my back hurting so much I was crying because I didn't know what to do, I called my daughter looking for advice and she told me that it was probably because I had been so stressed for the last month , I looked up the mindful movement and there it was, the perfect meditation for today, I had to go back and do it 3 times but it was worth it, it helped each time and now I'm going to sleep with my favorite Sarah's before sleep healing meditation, thank you Sarah 💕 My 6 year old granddaughter Mia always goes to sleep listening to you and I think it would be great if you created a meditation for children
For the last 5 months I’ve been blessed with Sarah’s insightful meditations each morning. Today the Forward from Here meditation cemented my practice even deeper. Dear Sarah...I like your voice and the music but my inner critic awakens when he /she hears words like" I am enough" "I was always enough" ..what shall I do with this inner resistance...? which bothers me so much ?????
I am grateful for the uyghur people. I am grateful that they have endeavored and that the United States is again trying to help them out in whatever way possible. Although great selflessness and privacy seems to be required in the matter it would seem that there is more success happening with the situation of people of the heritage recently, but I feel intuitively it must be reinforced by sincere gratitude to continue. We must do enough, the pathways need to remain maintained that protect the freedom and existence of the uyghur and their original way. In my mind I cannot think it could be anything but a ninja that could be doing the real help, either literally or within the form of sneaky heroic beauracratic actions by many people. I am grateful that conscious and moral minded asians who are not of uyghur origins are bowing to the enrage they feel at knowing such injustice happened and are taking to whatever means they can to establish save places for the uighur and establish wisdom and a more liberal view from governor, discouraging facism and allowing diversity. Diversity of asia I believe that with consistency and reminders to our leaders and consciousness to the extent needed on our purchases will uproot facism and genocide against the uyghurs and prevent some great mishap in the future it is wisdom and we must be responsible by standing by it month by month

One thing I know for sure is this, if he provides for the birds of the air and for the ants he can also come through for me. That's my confidence. He is more than enough
Yesterday was a tough one for me. When I saw this new meditation just as I was getting ready for sleep, I clicked on it immediately. Thank you, it really helped.
I intend to secure an internship which gives me the flexibility to continue working full time. I envision myself showing up to an interview knowing full well I deserve the position and will be an asset to the team. I see a future for myself where I speak nicely to myself and am my own best advocate and support. I see myself creating the life I have always wanted but previously didn't think I was worthy of.
