Restrain That Pit-Bull 

The plaintiff says he was holding a friend’s small dog in his arms when he was attacked by the defendants’ large dog. He claims he had to fight him off for a few minutes and ended up with medical expenses as a result. He’s suing for hospital bills and lost wages. The defendants claim their dog bit the little dog but not the plaintiff, who they say refused medical care at the time.
