new sub here (just watched a bunch of your older vids) - i have no idea how you only have 4.9k subs man lol easily one of the best lifting channels on youtube
believe it or not i was watching a Candito video and you came up in my recommended videos (it was of your Candito squat program, week 4 i believe when you had residual food poisoning and beasted those squats) went on a binge since then and was not disappointed!
+Pim S haha, after week 2 it's all smooth from there. I didn't get into the zone like some people state... Unless that zone is being nauseous... Then yes... I was really in the zone.
Hi..quick question-when you are moving into week 3 of the rippler program, the weights needed to be increased for that exercise depending on the total reps all through the past 3 weeks or the total reps for a single day?...i am guessing its a single day..?...so we should choose our total from the best of last 3 weeks?
Archisman Das your only increasing T3 exercises based on the last week. Usually they go up as you get stronger with them, but if they go down it's a perfect to auto regulate that you shouldn't increase the weight anyways. Hope this helps brother!
AM Training thanks..that helps...just to clarify again, for the first three weeks weight remains constant...week 4 onwards you change the weight depending on the number of reps the previous week.. correct?
Mikeybz I think I kinda touched based on this on a previous video, but overall I recommend GZCL cause it's helped all my lifts, deadlifts especially, but you need to assess your weaknesses to change the exercises accordingly. Candito helped with the squat but needs more bench volume, TSA's extra frequency with benching helped my bench.
