I always felt that man OG DC characters have their thing: Superman is the superhero, Batman is the planner and Green Arrow is the survivor. This along with DCeased I feel should have Ollie in the main role
I can’t say why they are doing all these separate series but I have been enjoying them very much. I’ve always said dc needs to embrace the darker storylines. Totally off topic but I would love to see injustice 3 have the Batman who laughs show up as a partner for the Superman in that. It just seems like a natural fit
I think this STORY LINE IS PRETTY COOL! Its got 2 of my favorite things ….. DC AND VAMPIRES 🧛🏻♂️!!!!! Looking FOWARD TO ISSUES 3 & 4 !!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK BEEN FOLLOWING FOR ALMOST 3 years and I enjoy your channel very much!!!
Why is it that Wonder woman always turns into the biggest monster in every story that has heros turn evil. First injustice, than DCeased and now Vampires.
Every universe treats Batman as the only one that saves the day, I like Batman too but it gets funny how everyone rely on Batman as a God Tier being who always 100% perfect.
Batman's the only one obsessive enough to plan for these types of things; It was shown in the beginning of the series. It was also shown that he isn't perfect or God tier when Nightwing killed him.
@@FrostTheHobidon I get what you mean, sometimes I get a little irritated when they almost always need Superman to save the day when he’s not the only god tier power house hero they have: Wonder Woman, Shazam, Aquaman, etc. when they immediately just revert to Superman being the only one strong enough to save the day sometimes it feels like they underestimate exactly what the other heroes that are overpowered are capable of doing
I really wish you had all of your full stories up on Spotify. With your storytelling skills you don’t really need the images from the comic books. I’ve been watching and listening your content for years, but for some reason I hadn’t subscribed until just now. (SORRY!)
imagine how interesting this story would've been if the roles were reversed instead of vampire nightwing ripping the heart out of batman it would've been the other way around vampire batman ripping the heart out of nightwing
Bro I am so certain that wonder woman was shooting her shot at Batman last second before shit hit the fan like she was trying her ass off 😂😂😂 like when I was reading this I caught onto so much shit like you don't even know.
Well… DC vs Vampires is a fresh idea… It’s interesting. Just the same old good vs evil is ok, but stuff like this & Deceased keeps things fresh and new plus, in stories like this, characters (once again) like Death Stroke can be a ‘hero’ in the story rather than just another villain. It allows a window of opportunity for a switch up. Night wing and Wonder Woman usually the heros but in this villains… Bane of all characters, a ‘hero’ lol, that’s always for me a fun switch- usually wouldn’t make since but during this series (and in the Deceased series as he is- or was til killed off..) it does. Bring on the stories that allow the roles of hero vs villain to be switched up a bit. Benny, do you and your group not enjoy just a window, for something different? Does anyone not like the switch in things…? New story with a new idea to in a sense ‘change the rules’ we thought we knew lol. Eh, I love it; even if everyone else would just assume get something else…
I'm liking DC vs Vampires so far. DC comics overall just seems to have better storylines than Marvel. The only two comic series I've tried to keep up on from Marvel, are Spider-Man, and Deadpool, but both of them have been crappy for a long time now.
I like the whole DC vs. Vampires, but I dunno about that whole "these things don't sleep"... While TECHNICALLY they don't HAVE to sleep (as they're dead), they were human.... Their brains still ARE pretty much, human.... So, I dunno if going inhuman amounts of time without sleep is such a good idea.
Ah, so now I get why the Lazarus pit cured azriel, he was a vampire or undead, and the Lazarus pit brings back the dead, but why coudnt they use it again?
I mean I loved vampires vs hunter spin off which I feel adds a lot of background knowledge and adds on this story was okay I feel this was just as good as deceased but their spin off is better or continuation
I really like the story but there are so many plot holes and contrivences that it's difficult to take anything seriously. Just in the first half of the first issue we have so many problems. How did they know of the Lazarus pit and that it's still working? Why didn't the vampires destroy it or at least put a tarp over it? It's not like the trap wouldn't have worked without the Lazarus pit. Why wasn't the first thing Slade did to throw batman into it. Why didn't they have any precautions against people turning into vampires and more importantly why didn't they have any protections like a neck covering, garlic or holy water? Vampires have so many weaknesses but none of them are exploited. Why wasn't there better protection of their base? The moment the guards got attacked there should have been a loud alarm going through the entire base. It's still an entertaining story but there's so much sloppy storytelling.
This is a very interesting spin on the dc world and characters. I would actually like it if they kept Bruce Wayne Batman and Superman out of the picture permanently, but I doubt that.
I think the premise showed promise but they got sloppy with their story telling and logic and went downhill from there. This was a pretty interesting story but I'm not sure about Batman being the deus ex machina to fight off the vampire invasion. Either way, I'll turn off my brain and just let this do things.

@@primusofcatarina4910 I kinda stopped trying to use logic with this story and just let them do whatever. The moment you start asking logical questions, you'll get more and more annoyed. At least that's how it is for me. But you're definitely not wrong.
DcVsV is okay could be better, i mean I'm a huge Batfam fan but this feels like he'll save the world instead of Superman who should have an immunity to vampirism.
I appreciate what DC wants to do with this series, buuuuut... * *shrugs* * Catching lightning in a bottle is something that happens by accident, not design. The closest thing comic companies can get is to give a good writer the freedom to tell a story, and resist the urge to meddle in it too much. If it catches fire, so be it; if not, you probably still get a good story... (Look at the 'Immortal Hulk' run for a solid example of that.) When you try to force it you just end up with pages and pages full of garbage where the point is obviously some corporate bottom line instead of telling a good story, and the readers will see that and hate it. (Spiderman's "One More Day" is a good example there...)
1. Alright more DC vampires stuff! 2. Don’t like the black, white, and red art style 3. I like Batwoman is on the thumbnail but not in the story this issue/s 😂
