Sir, thanks for this interview. we have learnt from this interview that, Damodar sir is very knowledgeable, calm, matured, Honest and positive minded officer. Further, Damodar sir command over English vocabulary and language is outstanding.

Really you are inspiration not olny police to all. With your this interview i introspect my view on police department rtment and i changed various my opinions on department. I respect your comments on entire system and agree your thoughts and Experiences ..But But Being my personal Experience with Police and Law system (Courts on Civil Cases) waiting for justice for past 15 years. Still waiting.So far I never see such loyal officers, we will wait untill end of life.Thank you for Valuable Interview.

తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ వచ్చిన తరువాత... మొదలయింది ఈ కుల భావనలు ... ఈ తీట మొదలు పెట్టింది... అన్నీ కులాల కు ఈ తీట మొదలయింది... తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ ,అధికార ం లోకి వచ్చిన తరువాత, అధికారులు మీద , పెత్తనం ,మనీ సంపా ఇచ్చు కోవటం నేర్పింది... అసలు ఈ రాజకీయయాల గురించి తెలియాయని వాళ్ళు కూడా,నేర్చుకుని ,రాజకీయాలు లాల్లో కు వెళ్లి సంపాయించుకోవటం అనే పద్ధతి , అధికారులు మీద పెత్తనాన్ని చేలాయించే ఘనత , మొత్తము వచ్చింది..... బ్రహ్మహము గారు చెప్పినవి రోజులు వస్తూన్నాయి....
One important thing which mirali didn't ask is about bribing to get post after interview.Why I got this doubt is because my father in 1980's cleared Sub Inspector of police entrance exam and appeared for interview in machilipatnam. After interview he was asked to pay rupees 50 thousand to get that post. He couldnt able to give and lost the oppurtunoty to serve as a police and he continied his bank job.......
Auto వాళ్లకు ఇతరులకు డబ్బు ఇవ్వడం తప్పు అంటున్నారు....కానీ జగన్ మ్యానిఫెస్టోలో పెట్టి ఎలెక్షన్స్ కి వెళ్లి ఓట్లు అడిగాడు.... గెలిచినాక మాటమీద ఇస్తున్నాడు....ఇంతకుముందు నాయకులు చెప్పిన వాగ్దానాలు తీర్చక మోసం చేసి గెలిచారు.
First treat your police persons with respect and provide them proper working hours automatically they will treat others (public) with respect and empathy. How much you change training no use until and unless some changes needs to happen in society because police part and parcel of society. Police training itself a slavery and British type standards not Indian and present
