Beautiful place. I love East Tennessee and the area around Knoxville and the Smoky Mountains. Come up at least once or twice a year from North Mississippi.

I live in portage Indiana. How expensive are homes compared to where I live

Homes are selling here from 195 to 245 a square foot usually

I love the video of Farragut TN, I plan on coming in a few months, can you please tell me what rental cost and what price is around 1000 square feet house, duplex, townhouse etc

Rental rates are really high. Probably a couple thousand for a home or townhome of that size.
