Dude, awesome content! Just getting into the HD scene and think I’m going to go with a RetroTink, so I can keep original hardware and have as little latency as possible. What TV/monitor would you recommend under 14.5 inches tall, that would have the least latency, for around $100 give or take?

I'm not too sure, I haven't looked in to any good low lag, small tvs for gaming. Perhaps I should!

I have been enjoying the Rad2X on SNES,Gamecube,N64 and Famicom Toploader in HD and just got an Mclassic for the Switch and 4:3 aspect ratio on classics if they need it. If you want a neat handheld for retro try the Retroad SFC52HD and Retroad 5 Plus and Retroad 2020 New Version 2 MD with 98% compatibility. I got Paprium ordered and got a Brawler Gen controller on my list next.

Paprium is a must! I gotta check that out and get a copy. Been hearing a lot about the retroad systems too. I like to have a few systems that I can emulate on but I always wind up going back to the official hardware.

@@linklooklisten like I said 98% compatible on their SOC systems. Very impressive with Mega Everdrive Pro compatibility on the 5 Plus with the MD adapter. The SFC52HD is the Home Console. The handheld can be both but I want the home console to ditch the battery completely.

@@linklooklisten I think you would be happier with the home console and all of its adapters except I went Famicom instead of NES and have been enjoying games from KRYZSIOBAL@POCZTA.FM like Legend of Link and Super Mario All Stars for Famicom. I also got a KryzsioCart on Ebay from him. I don't know if that will work though because N8 Pro doesn't but all other Everdrives do. I especially like the GB/GBC Extension Converter for gameboy Color but no Link adapter hole. Play Gameboy color on TV with a SNES controller. I like 8bitdo SNES dongle and NES/SNES Online controllers. Just firmware update the dongles.

@@linklooklisten I will warn you the handheld isn't for kids. It weighs a ton and I usually play it with the stand and a controller unless I am in bed. It's 7" and has 4:3 or 16:9 and is region free. You can use all the Retroad Adapters with Retroad products with no extra wires in HD even the SFC52HD or just get the adapters for the systems you already have and use the little A/V wires. It's all about HD for me though.

My wife ordered the exact same SCART switcher for me for a Christmas present and it still hasn’t shown up. :( How long did it take to get yours? Did it at least come with some kind of PCB standoffs if I don’t want to print a case right away?

Took about a month to get to me. I only got the PCB, no standoffs or anything. I guess that's why they have the "with housing" option which costs a little bit more.

It's in the description. You'll have to make some room for the buttons with a rotary tool of some kind, might depend on the printer thats used too now that I think about it.
