As much as it was all marketing it all also played to the vibe of the season. Back then as a kid you got amped weeks ahead of time in part because you had to watch these commercials. Now kids just stream add free whatever they want and they get as excited as their parents get them essentially. It really was awesome being a kid in the 90s.
Love this. I still remember that night that premiered the simpsons and martin halloween special. And also I love how airplane is randomly running on halloween night but the announcer tries to sell it as a scary movie
Do ANY of your videos have the 90s Round Table ad with the princess and the “cute little clove of garlic”!? I looked through them all, and all over the internet, and can’t find it!!!! It’s driving me crazy.
