Da Vinci always f**ks up for me every time I make my videos. Your rage made my day at 3:30 Reminds me of my high school where they used to have System Sensor Masses (non ada) as the main NAs, later adding a mix of est voice evac, and now fully est voice evac with the masses plated off completely
May I have your attention, please? We have a swearing fire alarm technician in the building. Please bring in the soap and prepare for mouth cleaning. Do not let kids enter the room, but proceed to keep cleaning his mouth until all swearing stops! 🤣
Did wheelock sue siemnes for rebranding their horn and speakers strobes and how can spectralert be used on a simplex system a local high school by me has simplex true alerts inside and spectralert advances horn strobes outside please explain thanks
03:30 4050-80: Man it would be a shame if the 2903 exploded (in the video editing software) *2903 Explodes and video software stops responding* 4050-80: NOOOOOOOOO!
@@FourtyFiftyEighty for someone unexperienced? Yes. For someone with some experience in panel programming with other products? Would be a challenge but is doable. Plus, I know a bit about custom programming on notifier products since I’ve watched Nics systems and electric program his. Plus, one of my contacts for fire alarm resources told me that the DVC is all custom program so I knew that from the start. Thing is though with software based units is that everything has a point and you can use those points to execute an action. In the case of a Notifier system, I could find which point “signal silence” is tied to and assign a software zone and script to where the messages also stop when the signal silence point software zone is active so that you aren’t left just pressing reset because signal silence doesn’t work.
If I'm going to be honest all alarms kinda have the same life span. I've seen mechanical alarms go dead from the 90's which we would usually expect to last longer. This is why alarms should be maintained and tested often. Like the first comment said, nothing ever lasts forever.
@@Luke202-z8b sometimes we just have to deal with it. For example, the system in my high school originally had non ada alarms that got changed to voice evac est alarms, it’s not as fun but it is at least something to keep the building safe
@Alarmo05221 ik that, but i am tired of going to every single building and the first damn thing i see is a pc2r staring at me with its nipple shaped strobe and its three printed fire lettering like a tattoo waiting for me to just get so close so it will burst my ear drums, doesn't matter the safety. I'm just tired of hearing the same horn of every school i go to, every building. Just GEEP GEEP GEEP. one time i even heard a speaker strobe, that didn't say its voice evac, but rather a message to everyone. Saying: “Why hello there i just want to let you guys know that there is no escape from me, all your favorite ear bleeding mechanical devices aren't existent anymore, you will have to see my beautiful face now, you will hear me everywhere you go. Even worse, i have traumatised so much other people with my low volume but high pitch screeth that bleeds everyone's ears. The red paint on me is from that blood i take from their ears and my strobe has secret electricity that lifts it up to the body of the alarm as paint. Good luck being with me and my other friend l series who looks like a telephone cause it is a Frankenstein telephone. hehehe” (i need to see a therapist)
