This is an awesome retrospective, excellent music! They should have never tried to make it international come 1996! The series would have lasted at least a few more years. The international aspect they added to it just raised the costs way to much. And with the help of the FIA of all groups! They really made things worse.

@JInnn24 wish they would go back to a touring car recipe, they could race the rs4, c63 amg (if they both had a 4 litre engine like the ones in the current DTM cars), and BMW would probs enter with a 4 door m3 (already has a 4L), just so that body contact and more risky overtaking maneuvers would be tried

Gleich am Anfang, das ist 1995 und selbst damals hatte 3sat schon ne schwenkbare Inboard wie es auch bei NASCAR seit Jahren Standard ist. Nur das Erste frickelt da so eine starre Kamera auf's Handschuhfach, deren Winkel so dermaßen schlecht ist, dass ich als Beifahrer mit Integralhelm noch mehr sehen würde... Daran erkennt man, welchen Stellenwert die Serie WIRKLICH bei der ARD hat...
