I don't know what the hell you guys want! The price is okay! When you buy a mini PC like this with a preinstalled OS Win11 it costs 400+. You have the gamecontrollers included and don't forget the time you need for searching and downloading the ROMs plus installation and configuration of the emulation system! And... this retro gaming console is actually out of stock, then it couldn't be that bad I guess!
I just got it. The last one available and there are a lot of problems with many games and system settings. Company replied to all my messages before I bought it. Now they stop answering my questions. Zero support after sale.
This looks like a really great emulation station I didn’t see Sega genesis and I didn’t see the Panasonic 3DO and it’s also not available in the US which is a shame.
Do they ship to the US? Where can I buy if they do not? Also, what other preloaded systems do you recommend other than RetroStation? Or should I just buy a mini PC and HDD and just download the Retrostation build?
You Canton get them to the US however you have to go about it in and an illegal in Shady Manor because America is so hard on for intellectual property lawsuits
I build something a little less powerful for half the price with Umbrella Arcades. It runs up to PS2 and GC. Doesn’t seem to make sense to pay this much for laggy PS3 and Switch. You still need a full spec computer for those.
Nice video and review...as far as technology got, I still a retro gamer....nostalgia is unbeatable! I am looking for a device to play exclusively SNES, Sega Mega Drive and Sega Master System. Any suggestions? Cheers
Get a cheap PC, download an emulator and ROMS. It doesn't take much power to play these old games, so even an old laptop may work. Xbox 360 controller with the USB wireless receiver works very well... If you want more info, just ask.
if you dont mind a little bit of setting up, go for a retro pie. its a pre built image that is similar to this but runs on raspberry pi, so for the systems you mentioned it can easily run them (it cant run n64 but can do ps1 jsut fine though)
At that price range, I can buy a relatively decent spec PC with upgrade paths and play those exact games at much better frame rates. This would be for people that do not know where to get their homebrews, probably.
I would like to see one with the old Saints row games on it. And other games with mature rating. There is a lot of adults that play video games, so why not make a console for adults. And be able to download mods for games.
The convenience of the games are nice but no sure it has the power to run the harder games for the price i would expect the ability to play some games at better resolution maybe if they make special deal .
why don't you have zelda breath of the wild for switch/wii u or mario oddessey or last of us for ps3 then see if it's really worth it as these games use a lot of processing power

Where is the Panasonic 3DO? I watched a few of your retro video's and can't understand why you never click on Sega CD and Atari Jaguar and scroll through the game's 😥
Man that 680 pound pricetag tho. I can tip about a solution thats literally 3x times cheaper and pretty much plays the same games. I got an used Ryzen 5 Pro 2400GE Lenovo m715q 2nd gen thinkcentre for 150 euro and bought another 4GB ram stick (for dual channel ram action) and SSD and installed batocera. Plays xbox 360 without problem. Agree however that you get bunch of software preinstalled and dont have to fuss about installing batocera and importing biosfiles etc etc. But I dont know if its worth it.
