Scene from the Zombie Movie "Return of the Living Dead" (1985) by Dan O'Bannon. Watch also clip: Come to the Hospital - Return Of The Living Dead II (1988) • Come to the Hospital (...
These zombies are so underrated. They are intelligent, can communicate, can coordinate, and are much harder to kill then any other zombie from any other zombies franchise
@@Arthurm25 yes true but they do share a common weakness a shot in the head and they die. The fact that early in this movie that blow and shot to the head was done but it was ineffective to the zombies. That what made these zombies in my opinion a lot more deadly.
Yea and he was actually a real cop too! They hired him as security on set and then asked him if he wanted to be a cop in the movie! Apparently he got infected which is odd considering they should have eaten his brain XD
@@albatrossbaron4107 But not the paramedics. Nobody in the yell rain coats the paramedics were using was up and running in any of the scenes. Neither was Suicide. Most likely the zombie cop was a zombie who took a cop uniform and put it on for camouflage.
Yes but you would spread the virus but ig that doesn't matter since they nuked them lol I think the best way to deal with these is to take a shotgun and blow their mouths off
Classic movie but its odd that everytime someone gets attacked by zombies and later turn they have no injuries to their heads or anywhere else. That massive ambush on all the cops after they get out of the car was one of the few moments in this movie that was pretty scary instead of funny
@@JimBeamFiend53 it’s not a virus so it’s the contaminated rain that brings them back which makes sense but still this guy was attacked by a pack of zombies craving brains shouldn’t even have a head
@@jamiehoule6843 It's a Continuity error. The zombies (in RotLD) Need their Own Brain to function. Any victim that had all of theirs taken out (as a Crowd of zombies probably would do) would NOT be able to be Reanimated.
I think the outfit is meant to be a classic hotel bellhop uniform so like 1920s to mid 60s. Though I can't imagine why anyone would be buried in their work uniform unless they specifically requested it. Though that being said the amount of decay a corpse goes through really depends on exposure. I could see a Civil War corpse still being relatively composed if it was secured enough in death.
@@usmh embalmed or not especially back in the day after a certain amount of time bugs can still get in and the body still falls to pieces. I've researched this in the past lol basically due to me and my friends debating movies like this.
The 245 trioxin basically kills the human body while you are still conscious somehow and not only that you can feel EVERY SINGLE PART of being dead but you have to eat the living human brain so the pain will go away somehow. In this movie they are literally undead.
@@dylanblack3279 OHHH I DO KNOW THE MOVIE dang its been so long since ive watch that movie by the way dylan KEEP MY WIFES NAME OUT YOUR FREAKING MOUTH dylan said it was a GIJ gets up* dylan says i been here uh oh hehehehehe slaps* OHH wow uh woooow i just got slap by red samurai
The cop and trash were outside, and exposed to the rain. Scuz and suicides' bodies are indoors. If they get dragged outside, they'd most likely reanimate as well.
Exposure to the Trioxin. Trash was in a puddle of rain that contained it after the zombies ate her brain and the cop probly got someone on his corpse after death too.
Man the sound design in this scene You know when cops are ambushed on both sides , what is that? Is it supposed to be the other vehicles or and unearthly synth noise?
The rain. In the two first movies, bites were not infectious. However, in the last 3 (which were pretty bad according to critics), the bites were. (And while the ones in 4 and 5 were easy to kill, their contagious bites made them just as bad as the near-indestructible ones).
Well, the officers had no idea until they were dragged out by the zombies. When they tried to break the border shortly before the bomb killed all of them, the officers there thought they were just crazed humans and not resurrected bodies. You can hear what the captain told the protagonists shortly before he joined the other victims.
