That's true! I'm friends with William stout and he told me that cop was hired as security on set and they asked him to be an extra. It just so happens he's the same cop who gets infected too
So these zombies are smart, can talk, can RUN, can survive even when in pieces and are virtually indestructible, and the chemical spreads over wide distances at a time? Fuck.
@@norrinRadd2149 thats a really nice comparison right there, even their mission is similar: the marvel ones eat so they can stop their hunger, which cause them excrutiating pain; these ones eat solely brains to relief the pain of being dead.
That was one of many points of the movie, those Zombies ain't like the ones in the Romero's Film, so the treat of being overrun by them (and killed) is REAL.
@@Spalbeert Yes bullets in the brain dont work with troxin zombies and if you burn them their smoke can turn you in to a zombie and can be cached by clouds and come down in the form of rain making more zombies.
Don't worry 245 trioxin zombies can be destroyed by incineration but can make more zombie through the gas contaminated rain or electric discharge. Electrical discharge is the only way to kill the 245 trioxin zombies without reanimating any more corpses.
@@gingka635 so basically we must use lighting rifles and tesla coils to take out trioxin zombies and regular shot guns and handguns and regular ammo on most other types of other zombies
Wish there was a video game with these zombies, imagine how it would refresh the zombie game genre? Fighting zombies where you can only slow them down, you have minimal resources. It would be the best survival horror game.
Ivy Girl lmmfao I just commented the exact same thing. I know you love this movie like me!!! 😂😂😂 I just watched again last night for the millionth time
yeah real funny how the civilian zombie said "come in dispatch, send more paramedics" so it sounded legit... but a zombie COP cant figure out how to use the proper radio speech?
Yeah probably the guy who is supposed to retire within the next couple days lol he's thinking "fuck this! There ain't nothing right about this situation!" Lol
I know the cop holding the light was an actual police officer they used for the film. Since he wasn't an actor, I'm sure the person yelling "cops, get em" was one of the production team giving the guy his cue to attack.
At least 1 or 2 cops could have survived perhaps In the last car. I would definitely want to be the driver in this situation. You literally would have to be paying attention to your surroundings, as you come in. Most people are not surviving this, since most in this society have no situational awareness.
It’s odd because I distinctly remember the voice of this zombie using the CB radio having a much higher voice. And the zombie who earlier said “Send....more....PARAMEDICS.” having a very deep voice.
Most zombies in this movie don't say a whole lot but when a lot of police arrive it's cops, get em. Then they attack. LoL. Classic. Loved this movie since it came out. Also in this scene shows relatively obscure about 1980 Plymouth Gran fury police car. I think they only used those a couple of years then went to the downsized fury, diplomat, etc. Nice sound to it though. The zombies didn't take the cars I guess they figured they don't need them, being zombies and everything.
For whatever reason there are two versions of this scene, there's what appeared in the original release and then a second one from later video versions where the line was overdubbed. I don't know why they did this, but it's a known thing.
Thankfully the new Blu-ray from Scream Factory has the original audio back! Only thing missing is Dead Beat Dance, but I’m very pleased with the original voices back.
Wait a minute! Why the cop turned into a zombie??? I always thought it was another zombie who pretend to be a cop just to fool the others, but its the same cop
It's a plot hole. Also that cop was a real cop that they hired as security on set and they asked him to be an extra. I guess they liked him so much they wanted to give him more screentime
Ambush hunting this is why I said Rick's group in The walking Dead would be screwed if they were in this world. Because sure enough those idiots would walk into several traps before they figure the shit out. I don't care what you people say fear the smart zombie. They don't got to be fast.. they just got to be smarter than you.
..Its so stupid how zombies always overrun the military in movies, Like how do they get through armored vehicles like Tanks, APC's, Humvees, Etc. And how do they just destroy fortified positions, They are made out of like concrete, And chain link fences? And like Navy? Airforce? Do those not exist in Zombie movies or something? cuz like, I have never seen a zombie swim (probably cause they lost their motor skills) But still, Like how? ALL The military? Thats just stupid.
These zombies are far worse than those on TWD, or even films like World War Z or 28 Days and Weeks Later which feature fast zombies because these ones cannot die and they are very clever and can still talk lol
Lukimus Prime you can burn em to ashes. I get creative you know. Push them in lava, cut them into pieces then bury them. I'd personally like to ask tarman some questions. He can still talk. But he's so rotted he just says brain.
Guy died in the civil war (I'm assuming) knows how to use a CB and is also familiar with what a "cop" is. A derogatory term only used on Great Britain at the time.
It's a doorman's uniform. Note the double-breasted blouse, never used in the CW. Also, yellow collar and shoulder tabs mean he would have been in the Artillery branch -- unlikely.
Those of you who know Stubbs the Zombie, he is an intelligent zombie leader. And you play as him. And how he reanimated was caused by Radioactive fertiliser
Jeesh that zombie asking for more cops was in a CIVIL WAR uniform. He should be dust and ash by now. But they did invent Embalming fluid during the Civil War to send soldiers home to their families and back then they used really toxic stuff. Those bodes are probably still preserved.
I saw that one in the theaters. It was a great film: I think largely because it didn't take itself seriously at all. AMC Midnight Movie Express....those were the days.
I like the original version of this scene much more, that "send more cops" voice sounds wrong in this version. Why did they even change the voice to begin with? (same goes for the Tar-Man voice)
This is really fucking scary if you think about it, there not your typical zombies but instead they really look invincible, sure you can burn them but even then your fucked since their bodies somehow make a weird gas once burned that causes more zombies to come, i don't know but the thought of it all is scary to be in
