I decided to return to Berwyn, Illinois not only to dig up some more information via FOIA, but to also check in on the IA investigation into to detective Monaco, as I’ve heard nothing since I filed my complaint. This is what happens when you ask hundreds of thousands of people to harass the police dept and prosecutor etc etc, and then Sean pretends like he’s not responsible for that. It’s hilarious! He does a pikachu face in shock that people would call in death threats lmfao. I told him when he first posted all those phone numbers while a court case is the works for him that he’s lost his damn mind, and that it would bite him in the butt. His uncritically thinking supporters replied in full-blown denial that Sean was asking people to harass them. And I guarantee you those same people STILL won’t make the connection even after watching this video, which shows just some of the results. I can’t wait until the judge and prosecutor continues teaching him a lesson. He has no respect for the court process. Edit: LOL! Now Sean threatens to post the home address of the chief of police on his channel for him to get harassed and death threats too! He seriously won’t learn a lesson. Fuckin’ crazy. He’s totally unhinged.

1) I am currently being maliciously prosecuted for disorderly conduct because I recorded people at the Berwyn City Hall without their permission. Yet I just did the same thing in this video and I wasn’t arrested. Make it make sense… 2) It is clear & obvious that the Berwyn Police Department is full of tyrants who want to hide instead of taking accountability for their unlawful actions. As a retired police officer, I find the behavior of the Berwyn police to be wrong on so many levels. They escalated every incident from what would have been a very minor encounter to a hostile environment. Imagine what they would have done if the auditor did not have a camera ? Yikes !!!

Have you met any cops? They don't believe that they're in trouble at all. They believe that only Sean did something wrong. Their buddies, the State's Attorneys, are going to teach him a lesson and put him in his place. I worry for him. THIS is what I've been saying forever! There are only 2 things that will change this tyranny & hold them accountable imo. IA needs to go away & a 3rd party takes all complaints. Police & public know IA does nothing. 2nd, Police must be liable themselves & have to carry insurance. Once their insurance goes up or gets cut off because of their behavior they can no longer be Police & the tyrants are off the street. Both will never happen but I think both of these things will go a huge way in holding these ppl accountable. Dropping qualified immunity isn't enough, states that have cut it are just as corrupt as ever...

Qualified immunity is a huge thing, but liability insurance and having a nationwide do not rehire registry for former cops who get fired for committing crimes needs to happen as well. I've seen too many videos of people being denied help when trying to file complaints, either with intimidation, threat of arrest, actual arrest, assault and battery, retaliation, unnecessary hurdles to jump through, no transparency of the process, ignoring and closing abruptly (like we see in this video), and unlawful attempts to identify the complainants and even have them trespassed. I've also seen cops follow and pull over the complainants after they leave to identify them. Seems legit. "I'd like to file a complaint..." Usually the first thing they say is "what's the complaint about?" Such a ridiculous process.

I think they have certificates or something. As soon as they get fired for violence or abuse or misconduct that's considered public safety that should be the end, certificate pulled end of story. For what it's worth: Ive been watching Long Island Audit ever since Sean started posting videos. Never in all that time did I feel that he was asking me to threaten anyone on his behalf. HAD HE done so, I would have unsubscribed and been long gone. The police know damn well that its their own actions that have placed them under the public spotlight, not Sean's.

Please don't let them stop you visiting IL, as a resident of IL, we, the citizens, feel the same way as you do, when we visit other states BUT its the people we enjoy interacting with. We seriously need to hold all government, public servants accountable, weed out the bad apples from the good ones. Please do take some time to visit our famous tourist spots, like the old Springfield capital, Lincoln's home, Lincoln's tomb and New Salem, along with some very good food places to enjoy what we have to offer.

And the eavesdropping law covers private areas, not public ones. It is legal to record people and public officials in public without their consent. How can you be critical of something you're obviously ignorant on? It took me 2 min to look up Illinois law. And that really doesn't matter, any law prohibiting recording in public spaces would be unconstitutional as we have the first amendment. You should be thanking this man for peacefully standing up for his rights. It's a rare auditor who doesn't devolve into cussing and provocative behavior in the heat of the moment. The ability to not treat the police the way they treat you shows strength of character.

That is the problem. We are paying these guys big bucks to do what “THEY” want, not what we need them to do. We need qualified immunity to be removed so that accountability and justice can actually be served. There will be a lot fewer tyrants when that happens and the police will actually be doing what we pay them for. Also, all police should have to wear body camera AND it should be immediately (2-3 business days) released upon request without redactions or under review unless it’s personal information.

Back again. The best auditor, LIA, not leaving his audience hanging. A lesson that Netflix should learn and not cancel good series without closure. With LIA we get the beginning and end of his audits. Keep up your excellent work protecting our rights. It’s more than those who are stealing tax dollars and violating rights.

"If that's the case..." The mayor is more afraid of the people in the judicial system than he is of looking bad on the internet. He probably knows more about them than we do. He knows not to go against them. Things will escalate when there's no acquittal. If the police were terrified before, they should be pissin' their pants now. They are making their own situation worse.

Notice how the Mayor was all over the supposed content of phone calls when he thought he could put that back at Sean but coincidentally had not watched the video. I'm sure you'll find the Mayor is just as corrupt if not more so than the cops and the public servants under him. You only get to the top job in a cesspool like that if you can play the game better than everybody else.
