Returns are a never ending challenge and one that continues to grow as the consumer has become more comfortable ordering online. While the consumer may have an easy experience, operations typically feel the weight of these returns.
With peak season approaching it's all hands on deck to get ready to get orders out the door but have you planned for getting some of those orders back in the door once peak season is over?
