I'm 58, been building since I was 9. I remember I used to hurry through models just so I could show them off to my friends. Now as I have gotten older I take my time. I enjoyed your build from beginning to end Chad. I learned a lot. After all these years I'm still going to school when it comes to building models. Fantastic job.
You should try making your own weathering/panel line solution from a small tube of painters oil and turpentine. It's much, much, much, much, much cheaper than buying brand names. But a very nice motor build
Looks nice. Too bad they don't include Trans Am decals. The bottom of 2nd gen Firebirds should be in red-brown primer. I'm finishing up the restoration on my 74 455 Trans Am.
