Brad has the skills of Vince Gill and Eddie Van Halen combined!! He's a MONSTER guitar player! He can chicken pick, flatpick, and tap with the best of them. There are lots of great country guitar players and Brad is right up there at the top. Mucho respect and admiration of Mr. Brad Paisley.
why under every video where there's an actually good country musician the first comment is always "im not a fan of country but'" how about you stfu and get to the point.
Paisley is such a guitar guy....he is into amps and guitars and pickups and effects and tubes and circuits and etc etc etc.....when interviewers ask him about his gear you can see him light up.....he has a real passion for it.
Great interview! He's such a tremendous player and I dig how much of a gear head he is and even in his book "Diary of a Player" he has chapters of guitar nerdism and his quest for tone. Can't wait to see his Fender collaboration and I hope they won't be untouchable price wise.
Legitimately in the conversation for the greats of all time for country. Across all genres, definitely commands respect from people who absolutely despise country music. That takes real talent ;)
I've got it! Brad Paisley, Marty Stuart, Vince Gill, Travis Tritt and Josh Turner need to get together and form a bluegrass band called "Nashville Starline"
Can Marty play fiddle cause I know that Vince would be on mandolin and Travis would be on Banjo and Brad would be on Guitar obviously so leaves Josh to play bass.
I played one its very disappointing, they were so concerned with price point that quality suffered. The neck is the best I've ever played but the body feels hollow and the sound is very flat. You can see they couldn't agree with production of it with Brad Paisley's demeanor on his face and lack of confidence in his voice when he's talking about it.
