excellent sir, i would like to add few things here. 1) Traditional rice cooking method is not known to everyone. I know few persons, they had some interest towards traditional rice. When they try to cook on their own method and it will not turn good, so they will drop and go back to polished rice. So my opinion is, if u post some video (demo) on how to cook traditional rice, it will be Nice. Also if you include various other recipes using traditional rice that will tempt people to given another try. 2) When you talk about traditional rice, you mentioned that it has to be cooked for one and half hour with 6 times of water! I tried for mappillai samba it worked well it cooked in 1 hour around (with overnight soaking). but when I tried karupu kavuni(wild/black rice) it went mesh like porridge. 3) As you always encourage traditional rice, also saying that we are rice eater (from south india). what about the Indians who settled in western countries like europe, Uk, USA etc..? Should they still adopt to indian traditional food? its not available outside india (may be in some parts its available) but definitely not in europe countries. so if u can enlight something in this aspect like how a south Indian can adopt if lives in western country? what could be healthy food for such peoples? etc... That would be thankful and helpful. !
Soon we will post the traditional rice cooking method. Thank you for the suggestion sir. Sir you can try cooking the karuppu kavuni in medium flame Not only Indians, but for everyone in western countries we suggest their traditional food like Emmer wheat/Wild rice etc.
Non vegetarian food is highly recommended in Ayurveda. Especially chicken. Ayurveda has asked us to have chicken everyday in limited quantities. But we must understand that what they meant is country chicken and not the broiler which we get in the market today. Ayurveda has talked highly about mutton soup and other non vegetarian soups. More than the meat it has praised the soups more Somehow Ayurveda is against Fish. They say that fish causes many types of skin diseases if consumed in huge quantities or consumed with milk. That’s because fish increases kapha

@@roshni6565 They are encouraging traditional Indian medicine and practices which we have let go in favor of western practices which only cause diseases.
