Reverse Sear: Start grilling with indirect heat then move over direct heat when nearing the internal doneness temp. So, I attempt to reverse sear two rib eye steaks on the Weber GA grill while struggling to stay focused and not slip into random accents - it’s a non-glamorized real-life look at grillin’ done in front of a van (so that should draw in the viewers). And no shuttlecocks were anywhere near the firepit in this video.
