I have been desiring to have my adoption reversed from when I was 9, as it was forced upon me as a child. I was told it couldn’t be done by family members. I am now 71, and have been heartbroken over how this act was perpetrated on my both my brother & myself. I want to know if there is a way I can get the paperwork on line to start & finalize this long anticipated process? This heartbreaking adoption should have never taken place! Being kept from your family, & growing up not knowing your Southern heritage so heartbreaking to me. If anyone knows of a link I can go on to rectify this situation, I would be thankful!!!
That’s not enough harm to rip a child from their family or mother. And glad that guy stood up for that parent. This lady attorney seems like she just want to win a case and not caring about the child and parents staying together.
I need advice if anyone here can help I’d appreciate it! My best friend died in August (we believe at the hand of the father) and her child was placed in foster care because the father abused the child. But the foster parent is a friend of the fathers, who is a single mom who wasn’t a registered foster parent prior to him being placed with her. The children’s network and dcf never contacted family to see if they would want custody of the child. And the maternal aunt wants him but no one will help us. Does anyone know what we can do to get the child out of the foster parents care and get the guardianship changed to give his aunt a chance at getting custody of him? the child isn’t safe in the care of this foster parent when she is a friend of the abusive father :/
Okay I was told by social worker in order for me to get help with my son that was kept on getting in trouble I would need to file dependency on him and then they would Place him in a rehab and then afterwards he will be able to come back home but instead they placed him with his grandmother's where he was removed from there from the last social worker because he gets a run wild over there and do whatever he wants to do and there's drugs right there for him to do and he's social worker know this but yet they do not care they cannot tell me much of nothing and I am wanting some answers and I'm very upset because he's really not even supposed to be over there and they told me for me doing this that he would go straight to a rehab or I wouldn't even have filed dependency on him
