Thank you Dr M and Dr C - I have PN (not caused by diabetes) but watch all your videos on every topic. Even if I'm not a match for the condition, no matter what, after every video I walk away armed with little gold nuggets and valuable info for living a healthy life! This video was another example. You are both truly remarkable, thank you for the work you do to support anyone suffering with PN.
Wow!...it's hearing comments like this that make this all the more worthwhile for us. Thank you so much for sharing that very kind sentiment. We truly are honored and privileged to help as many people as we can suffering with P.N. Blessings.
I have tyoe 2 diabetes. My A1C was 12.? I have brought it down to 5.5. I still experience nerothapy. Is there a certain brand of these vitamins I need to buy? I am so grateful for this video. You answered all my questions. Thank you so much for the information. 🙏
I am not a diabetic, but I have nerve damage in my feet and tingling in my hands. It seems that it is affecting the nerves in my knees when I try to bend down. My muscles just give out making it painful to bend down. Just going up and down stairs is at times very painful. I am going to try to find vitamins / supplements that you mention in the correct dosage.
I went to a neurologist and he said peripheral neuropathy is permanent. He prescribed Cymbalta, it just made me very nauseous. It was the last time I ever went to see him as it seemed to be a loss cause. I am glad I upon your supplements and videos which gave me hope after many years of suffering with the pins and needles in my body.
Hi there ET (giggle). Thank you so much for sharing this story with us. Unfortunately, it's a very common story and is the reason why Dr. C & I are trying to educate and liberate as many people as possible from this horrible condition that most doctors are all too comfortable with telling their patients just to accept it. Don't hesitate to reach out if you need any guidance. Blessings.
My doctor also prescribed Cymbalta for neuropathy and ongoing PHN from shingles. I took it for 2 days and will NOT take it again. I felt nauseous, dull, sleepy. My medication? good food, rest, nature, yoga, meditation and a few supplements. I refuse to go the drug route, like someone else mentioned, it's better to put up with the flare -ups. They pass.
As a retired 49-yr. healthcare worker myself, I guarantee that you were lied to as almost every "dis-ease" can be reversed and healed. I "know" this because I "healed" myself from Congestive Heart Failure, Renal failure, Fatty Liver Disease, Diabetes, inflammatory Arthritis, severe chronic Hypertension and MORE simply by tapering off all prescription drugs, then doing a 20-day water fast (to fully detox my body), and then routinely adhered to an Organic (pesticide-free) diet as well as ELIMINATING ALL processed sugar. I not only reversed all of those symptoms of "dis-ease," I also lost 130 lbs within 9 months and have never felt better in over 30 years.
I just found your video today and I absolutely love all the information you give. My mom has peripheral neuropathy and we haven’t been able to find a doctor that can help yet. Thank you so much for the information and all you do.
As I write this with tears welling in my eyes, wishing that I had found you and your team 5-6 years ago, but grateful that I have non the less. Feeling lost, but really just uneducated. "Chronic Inflammatory Demyelating peripheral neuropathy," idiopathic at the age of 38. That being said, I have been through some difficult times mentally through this, but I have NEVER given up hope, and never will. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart, for teaching me about the importance of glutathione, benfotiamine, Alpha Lipoic Acid, L-carnatine, Diet, etc. (Sorry if the spelling is off on some of them lol). Bye bye free radicals causing debilitating inflammation and nerve pain. Hopefully anyways, fingers crossed 🤞 and blessings 🙏 P.s. I too was not diagnosed with type 2 diabetes until recently, but really wonder how long I've been insulin resistant? Especially, with learning just how bad my diet has been my whole life. I'm trying to learn and implement, that's the important thing. ✌️
Wow...Jim reading this gave me goosebumps and brought tears to my eyes. I'm so glad you found our channel as well. This is exactly why Dr. C and I do this so that people like yourself are not lost and alone thinking this is the Hell you have to live with. For your type of PN, your diet is KEY!!!! Normally, I would recommend an anti-inflammatory diet for you, but since you are diabetic, a ketogenic diet will best serve you. Your insulin sensitivity must be restored. Also, make sure you incorporate PN exercises. If you haven't seen my videos on this yet, I'll give you a link: 1) This one I give you instructions all the way through: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-gLOqi7eEDTw.html 2) This one is the same video but without any instructions. This one is for when you are familiar with the exercises and the techniques: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-slZspcEQpLo.html I also broke each exercise down into individual exercises in case you can only do a couple of minutes at a time. Jim, you're not alone. Don't hesitate to reach out for guidance. We're here for you. Blessings.
@@NerveDoctors from my family to yours, Many blessings and thank you! I will definitely keep in touch with my progression, and or any hiccups along this magical journey I'm about to embrace. Maybe not on this thread lol, as I'm not the most computer savvy person. So if you happen to see "Update" on another thread, it might make sense lol. Only tears off happiness welling these eyes moving forward. 🙏 many blessings to you all.
I am pre diabetic with a lot of burning in the feet and hands and was wondering how long does it take to reverse it and will the burning go away if I am able to reverse it

Hello Dr.M, I love your videos as they are giving me hopes. I am a long time diabetic and was an alcohol abuser with serious PN. Needless to say, numbness on fingers and toes. Likely near final stages. Also I get blisters on my fingers constantly. After watching a few of your videos, I am planning to take ALA, ALCAR and Benfotiamine at the same time with your recommended dosage. Is it alright or too much at one time? Thank you again for your valuable guidance!
Hi Stanley. I'm so glad to hear your hopes are being renewed. I do carry two formulas, NUPHORIA cm Gold and Blue that contain all of the ingredients in the appropriate amounts. It would be a better value for you than buying each ingredient independently. Here's a link if you'd like to look at it: healmynerves.com/collections/nerve-support/products/nuphoria-cm-gold-blue-bundle
You are just simply incredible in replying to the comments left. Taking e lot of your valuable time, Dr M. again, words can't really express my appreciation and will try to follow your guidance best!
I m diabetic I have neuropathy also I am on keto diet since 2 years my HbA1c remains between 4.7 to 5 but still my neuropathy is progressing. I am taking all the supliments since 1 month but there is no difference. Please help me what to do? Taking all the supliments in right doses recommended by you.
Does this help with cardiac autonomic neuropathy diabetes causes a lot of PVCs and structural damaged to the heart(dilation). Help would be great blood sugar been out of control for a while not knowing anything about diabetes. Been controlled over a year but seems like damage is permanent.
My a1c is 6.4.ans i m on statin 40 mg for my mild stroke along with metformin and amaladopin ,..i m on millet and vegetables..i have lost 10 kgs of weight.but now i have a cotton bals effect in my feet..though with mild inflammation...i m from India..
Will this also work on autonomic neuropathy like neurogenic bladder? I've been doing this EXACT method on my own for 3 months now with all the supplements and so far no changes yet. Even right down to the one cheat day per week! 🤣🍕 The problem is I've been dealing with my issue for 10+ years without realizing what was going on until we ran a bunch of tests this year. The issue is definitely a nerve issue, not prostate or anything else. So maybe I'm trying to completely regrow some nerves down there. I ate very high carb, high caffeine, and super low fat for 14 years because it kept weight off. OUCH!! But we're fixing it now! 🏆
I'm so glad you found it helpful. So, what we've found is that if your PN is mild, then R-ALA, by itself, can be very helpful. However, if your PN is moderate to severe or if you've had it for longer than a year, you will most likely need a complete nerve support formula. Here's a link to my video: Vital Ingredients for Nerve Repair (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wPruq49-ksU.html) This will explain which ingredients are necessary for nerve recovery. Blessings.
What kind of doctors help with this? Most of the ones here in NJ never gave me an answer and never help or no treatments. Most of them give painkillers. Please help
The reason you're having difficulty finding any doctors that can help you with this is because in the U.S. there are less than 1% of all the doctors combined that know how to reverse peripheral nerve damage. Which is why we work with peripheral neuropathy sufferers from around the world, as well as across the U.S.. We do medical consults via telephone, skype or Zoom for people that are not in our city. If you would like to set up a consult you can call us at 844-400-0101 for more information or you can schedule using this link: bit.ly/Neuro-Consult We are more than happy to help. Blessings.
I don't agree that the keto diet is deficient in nutrients. Also, there are no studies that prove that fiber is so necessary. How do you explain the amazing results of people eating a carnivore diet reversing so many autoimmune disorders and losing weight quickly and reversing their diabetes entirely which would prevent the Diabetic Neuropathy from getting worse.
Just found your channel. Would your channel be beneficial to my brother, he had some type of laser procedure done in 2017, winded up in the hospital for about 3 months with the rehab. Days after the laser he could barely walk , they had to remove a toe, and he has had pain e er since. Your channel popped up, is there any video you would recommend for him to watch 1st? Thank you.
I'm so sorry to hear about the ordeal your brother's going through. I'm assuming you're referring to nerve pain. Here are a couple of videos he can start with: What is Peripheral neuropathy: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ARdP_D4sTdI.html Nerves can heal: studio.ru-vid.comopvpUdXZd14/edit?c=UCRA-jZIT2YU611nH_nckfpA& Conquering Neuropathy: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-rwvsBID2ynY.html
I've been looking all over online through YT, medical journals and peer review studies, and places that SHOULD know if there's a way to fix DPN says there's no cure. I see a few people on YT claiming there is a way to fix it, but the comments are just people saying thanks for the info or they tried it for a week and THINK it's working. I haven't seen anyone say their DPN is gone. It's kind of hard to believe. I'm freaking out about this, and don't need false hope. Is there any info, be it a case study or something, that shows this works?
Hi Justin. Don't freak out. I understand your confusion because it's not easy finding peer-review double-blind studies, especially when you're not a medical professional. I'm going to try to provide you with links that will help. These are just a few of literally hundreds that I have. If you'd like more you can email us at: info@nuphoria.com. Also, go to our website: nervedoctor.info. You will find many testimonials of our patients who have used PBM and you'll get to hear about their experiences from start to finish. These are real patients, not actors. Links: www.hindawi.com/journals/isrn/2012/484307/ photobiology.info/Hamblin.html Also, I'm going to give you the link to our video: Healing nerves with light: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-NNXDuFc5cHU.html This goes into a deeper explanation of PBM and nerve repair and has a link to the leading and renowned research doctor in the field of PBM, employed by Harvard Medical School, Dr. Michael Hamblin. Here's the good news, this therapy has been around for over 50 years and is in wide use for peripheral neuropathy in some European countries and in Asia. That's how I discovered it. While I was doing research to figure out how to reverse my mother's severe case of peripheral neuropathy caused by chemotherapy. Doctors in the U.S. know very little about it because one it takes over 23 years for well-researched new medical procedures to make it into clinical practice, but also because the Pharmaceutical companies do everything in their power to bury the information and make it inaccessible. They do this because gabapentin, Lyrica, and Cymbalta are multibillion-dollar industries for the treatment of peripheral neuropathy symptoms. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help. You don't have to navigate this alone. Blessings.
Justin, one last thing that I forgot to mention. We've treated over 15,000 Peripheral neuropathy cases to date and one-third of those have been due to DPN and we've had tremendous results. The only time we've had cases that haven't responded or minimally responded were for diabetics that did next to nothing to control their blood sugar levels. Hope this helps alleviate some of your fears. Blessings.
Welcome, doctor, how are you..I heard information about reducing carbohydrates and fasting for more than 14 hours..and starting to eat healthy foods such as fatty fish and vegetables..they heal nerves..and should I follow this diet while taking nutritional supplements in these doses, such as (600r alpha lipoic acid) with (benfotiamine m 600) and 1500 mc b12 .. lead to a decrease in blood sugar ..?? ..Note: I am not a diabetic..I am confused about following a low-carbohydrate diet..with these doses of nutritional supplements does it have any harm? They you
Hi Nasser. You always ask excellent questions. It is completely safe to follow a low-carbohydrate diet and to take the supplements in the amount that I recommend. No one should be consuming a large amount of carbohydrates (and I'm talking about starchy carbohydrates...bread, potatoes, grains, etc). This simply is not good for anyone, even if you're not diabetic. I'm a vegetarian and I still don't consume a high-carb diet. Now the only problem I find with people is that when they decrease their carbs, they don't increase their vegetable consumption and this is a big No-NO. This can cause your blood sugar to drop too low simply because you're not taking in enough food. Intermittent fasting of 14-16 hours is fine. If you have a job that's extremely physically demanding (like construction work) I usually recommend only a 12-hour fast. Blessings.
I have a question can neuropathy happen like over night my husband was fine when he went to bed the next morning he had trouble lifting his left leg and was hard to stand still felt like he was falling backwards all the time thank u in advance have a blessed day
Yes, it is. There is one new study that came out claiming that Acetyl L Carnitine increases the risk of cardiovascular disease, but later it was revealed as being a complete 'Sham' study with no validity. In doses above 3 grams per day, some people with sensitive stomachs may get stomach upset. However in my 19 years of working with this amino acid and over 15,000 cases, I haven't once observed this. I have seen this side effect, however with R-ALA. Blessings.
Hi there. Thanks so much for your feedback. Staying on a keto diet without cheat days is ALWAYS THE OPTIMUM APPROACH. However, there are many...many people that do not have the willpower to get through the week. For these people, I'm less worried about ketosis (initially) and more concerned about helping them to develop the discipline necessary to make the needed lifestyle changes to overcome their illnesses. Now, in my 30 years of practice, what I've found is that although science says that any carb cheat will knock you out of ketosis and it can take 1 week to get back in, I've found that this approach is extremely effective in training a person to make the necessary dietary changes and still allows for an increase in insulin sensitivity. Once they accomplish this hurdle, then I transition them to a full-blown keto diet. Now for people like yourself, that don't need the baby step program, that's wonderful. You will absolutely get amazing benefits from doing the keto diet without cheat days. Thanks so much for your comment and for allowing me to share a different perspective.
I'm a diabetic who was at 8.2 a1c when diagnosed. Also i was diagnosed after 2 major back surgeries. I had a huge cyst inside my spinal cord that was almost pinching my spinal cord in 2. Then 3 months later i had to have surgery to stabilize my L4/5 joint from sliding around like it was a skater on ice. Prior to the first surgery i walked into the hospital, but have been on a walker since, and still fall regularly. I'm beginning to trust my neurologist that told me basically to live with it or die with it because it was here to stay. I was always an active person so the idea of being wheelchair bound is killing me. I feel trapped in a body that is no longer mine. Is there any help for someone who has post surgical and diabetic neuropathy. He told me that my right leg was 40% effected and the left was 90+% effected, but that was in 2018.
Watch this video. It will outline everything for you and make it all clear. The Right Dose: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dKMPMPJM4JY.html
@@NerveDoctors thank you that really did help I just have a couple of more questions?? How long before I start to see results and how long do I need to be on this medication?
Is the feeling of tingling pins and a burning sensation on the skin in various parts of the body, hands, feet, legs, and tingling on the surface of the stomach and thigh when touched from .. different parts of the body .. is considered a small peripheral neuropathy?? It has no specific location..?? Is it treated with the same nutritional supplement?
Hi Nasser. Yes, this is considered small fiber peripheral neuropathy (aka sensory PN) when you feel it in the skin and the surface of the stomach. However, if it is affecting your stomach function, then that would be autonomic peripheral neuropathy. Yes, it is treated the same. Blessings.

Hi Durga. There is no problem with taking these supplements long term even with high blood pressure and diabetes. In fact, all of the research shows that these supplements will help with those conditions, significantly. Blessings.
19:27 that sounds like a great plan but I think Mediterranean diet is not possible in the US at this point. It includes a significant amount of bread typically, and unlike in Europe, wheat is iron fortified in the US. It seems clear to me that the prime reason for obesity and diabetes is iron fortified wheat. Looking at most obese countries, Arab countries that have iron fortified wheat with bread a huge staple diet, are at the top (while Pakistan appears to be an outlier, I think it is actually a confirmaton: they are not obese, rather the opposite, even though consuming massive amounts of bread, but without iron fortification until just about now. Blogs on the internet claim Pakistan has the highest diabetes rate, but I think that’s actually bs, a research paper from 2015 says it’s 3.5%, not 30%, and I’m guessing the blogs are wrong not the published paper)
Hi, Smoking Gar. We help many patients who struggle with neuropathy. We are based in San Antonio. After COVID, we saw a growing need to help people from across the world. So, we moved to online with consultations over zoom or skype. To schedule an appointment, you can go to: nuphoria.com/?, or healmynerves.com/collections/our-products/products/consult-with-neuropathy-specialist?.
Hi Kieran. I want to make sure I understand your question. I think your question is, Is it safe to take NUPHORIA cm if you have kidney disease or kidney problems?" The answer to this question is yes. In fact, we've worked quite closely in the past with nephrologists for peripheral neuropathy sufferers due to CKD and found that their creatinine and GFR scores improved while taking NUPHORIA. Happy Holidays and blessings.
Hi, Beverly Klass. After COVID, we saw a growing need for help from across the globe. We decided to go completely online to help our patients no matter where they are. To schedule a consultation or to order our vitamin supplements, you can visit nuphoria.com, or call our customer support line at (844)400-0101.
Hi Maximus (love that name!). So, first let me begin by saying in order for us to give you the best guidance because this is a complicated situation (PN from COVID) it would serve your best interest to schedule a consult with us. You can do that by calling our toll free number 844-400-0101 or emailing us at: info@nuphoria.com. There's a lot more that has to be addressed in COVID related PN. Now to at least get you started and on the right path you need to start with a good quality nerve support formula and it must contain all of these ingredients in the proper amounts (benfotiamine, R-ALA, P5P, methylcobalamin, folate, acetyl l carnitine and l citrulline. You will also need to address mitochondrial resuscitation (see my video: Miracle Molecule...ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Tyf3rSVkP6s.html). It will also be important for you to begin an anti-inflammatory diet. There's way too much info I need to share with you to get you on the right track, so I hope you look into the consult with us. But in the meantime, at least get started with these things. Blessings.
