YEP! There are a lot of cots out there but to have something that folds down the size of a tent pole bag that maintains R-Value and adds a lot more comfort. I’m sold. It’s replacing my Big Agnes Sleeping Giant memory foam pad that was twice the size and 1/4 the thickness.

It might also be insulated because it’s made of two layers of air which keeps the heat in

Why do you need an air mattress on top of the air mattress?

The base is just a cot and is not insulated. I camp all year so in cold weather, you still need an R-Value sleeping pad. If you don't need any insulation, you could just use the cot.

It's a brand new product. I've done maybe a dozen nights and I'm really happy with it, especially for the price.
