While it’s interesting we didn’t see an increase in available ISO, this BSI is going to really improve the already-very-decent low light performance of this camera. Do I understand the ‘unspoken dual base’ is ISO 4000? Never understood why these numbers are never really published/confirmed by canon 🤷♂️
@@WexPhotoVideo yeah def be my future body to aim for unless they import all that tech into a wildlife body a proper R7mk2 with the same button layout as this can’t stand the R7 layout although I’m not bothered about the top display they could keep the buttons same as R6ii saying that either this upscaling feature is that going to be better than a crop sensor version as this be better in low light compared to a crop 🤔 gonna have to have a word with future santa 🎅 🎅🎅🎅🎅😂😂
Screen doesn’t bug me at all, and do a *lot of hybrid shooting. Would it be nice? Perhaps, but def not a deal breaker. More so loving the screen and EVF specs, these are the everyday upgrades to a body like this are in the top things that make this an easy-yes when it comes to spending funds to make the upgrade
Hello! The performance in low-light was fantastic, but better on the R1 with the lower MP. What do you usually shoot? We thought the R5 II had some killer AF qualities that were best in market though.
Thought I read somewhere it’s line-skipped? Will link article if I can find it again. There’s been a decent concern/debate about this, hopefully it doesn’t come with subpar quality
