Review Givi Tank Bag EA118 

Thanks for the review I have ordered one of these for my 1200Gs and may transfer it to my next bike. After watching your video I would say the cover in the main part of the bag over the mechanism is to protect your items from any sharp plastic or screws. Also you mention the bag rubbing on the tank. Try a tank protector ( some really good Gs designs to incorporate the red on your seat) or also try moving the bag with the mechanism screws as you showed underneath it may just lift the bag off the tank depending on weight.
