For me, i have been taking saw pal for a year, i had no clue it could possible help with reducing hairloss, so my results cant be placeby. I take it to help with my frequent urination problem, especially at night and i didnt learn about the hair benefits till minutes ago. My hairs been receding at a steady pace for years, ive still got alot of hair, but my forehead is bigger, but not toooo bad, i still look fine but for me its noticeable. I 100% noticed in the last year that its greatly slowed or even stopped, i thought it was just luck but its quite possible taking saw is what helped. Ive taken the same supplements this entire time, and i took them before, the only change is this. So my results can not be placebo or just "in my head".

I bought saw palmetto tablets and pumpkin seed oil capsules I had no side effects. I am on blood pressure tablets. And a pee flow tablet. My grand daughter told me I have more hair. And I did not say I was taking anything I kept totally quite. I'm not using anything else shampoo or anything. I only take one saw palmetto and one pumpkin seed oil capsule per day. I Google searched to find out if there would be problems with my own medication and it said no. So I've had no problems. I got mine on amazon. I didn't start taking them to grow hair. I took them to help shrink my nuts or prostate and I've now been taking them a few months and I'm enjoying having a longer Pee. And feeling like I'm empty. So they work for me.

Your videos are great, love the research and the effort put in to deliver the information but I do have to admit, it is a little disheartening to see that by the end of every study there isn't any hard scientific evidence to prove that it does in fact make a difference and can be no better than a placebo.

So the conclusion: not more effective than placebo bit other studies have promising results? So i guess we can’t just tell

Doesnt finasteride have harmful affects on the prostate? That’s my reasoning for choosing saw palmetto over finasteride. I’d change my mind if that is not true, but it’s tough to know what to believe. Every study has a bias

I don't know if it is just me but whenever i take saw palmetto i always feel anxious and easily stressed. my temper shortens and i feel weird specially when i take twice to three times a day for one week straight. My hairfall reduces after a month of taking but the side effects on my mental health made me stop taking saw palmetto a month ago. Currently, Im into head and scalp massaging for more than a week now and my hairfall was reduced. I also noticed some baby hairs starting to grow.

My short experience with taking Saw Palmetto includes upset stomach, & bad anxiety. I was only taking capsules for a week once per day. As a morning coffee drinker I would find myself at work wired off caffeine coupled with high anxiety and a fast heart beat. This change occured for me after taking the supplement.

Used to take it in 500mg for 2-3 months and after that I started experiencing lack of sex drive and ED. After that I stopped taking the supplement, after a couple of months my hormones got back to normal but I know cases of people having permanent ED. So I am not so sure if those are all the side effects listed in this video.

Although side effects are rare they may cause. High blood pressure. Abdominal pain. Nausea. Diarrhea. Decreased sex drive. Impotence. Urinary retention and headache. That was my Google search. I was told to ignore Google. So it's up to you.
