Same format with the millions of printers I reviewed in the past from different brands. Comments be like, "great review" now it's "it's an ad." Can you explain further for me?
@@abovewongart I think the super casual formate and vertical filming is what makes it seem like an ad. Like compare your videos and Fauxhammer, and you'll see where people are coming from.
@@abovewongartIn my opinion, the video feels rushed and doesn't really offer any criticisms of the product. If someone doesn't really bring up any negatives of the product they are reviewing it becomes less believable. Whereas in a maker's muse video, the format offers criticisms of the product, comparing the user experience to competing products, and a information about the product. In this video, while you do offer a TON of information about the product and that is good, you don't really go into the negatives about the product and sorta just throw a bunch of information at the viewer at once. I think a more in depth comparison of the experience to the Bambu A1 would have benefitted the video a lot, because there are positives and negatives of both, but it seemed in the video you only really talked about the negatives of the A1.
I have anycubic pro and I can't complain easy maintenance. I just order the kobra 3 combo. I was going to get bambu but it's over hype and over price. Both machines come from China anyway.
Well, if it support cardboard spools, then why the adapter? From my experience, the adapter keeps the spool align so there is no overload, but the adapter rarely fixes the issue since it falls out and bends.
What's your take on Kobra 3 Combo vs A1 Combo? I like the dryer and bigger list of supported filaments (though i suspect in reality both are equally capable when it comes to the filaments), but I'm concerned the A1 will have significantly better quality prints and better software... Appreciate your take on it
I have the Kobra 2 Pro and the Bambu A1 with AMS Lite - and I pre-ordered the Kobra 3 Combo already. The Kobra 2 Pro definitely is a LOT worse than the A1 - I hope the new generation Kobra 3 fixed that gap. Loudness, precision, settings and slicer options to work with, app transfer of gcodes didnt work for me - only usb worked on kobra 2 pro, etc... lots of faults with that old Kobra, thats why Im sending it back. Gonna send the A1 back aswell if the Kobra 3 Combo holds up with the quality and ease of use. I only had problems with the ams lite - bit i managed to fix them... but a drybox is way nicer and there are no spools, that fall down and destroy your print and equipment...
U able to do a long review. I did pre-order, but since I can't wait for creality to get off there ass to tell us when the k1 adapter kit comes out and the cost.
@@anthonylong5870 you shouldn’t be handing out misinformation like that. This is a open printer witch mean it not a good idea to print abs or other filaments that has a lot of harmful particles. As far as Tpu I have yet to see that being not even the Bambu can print with Tpu through its mmu system. That being said it should be able to print Tpu directly from a spool just not sure about through the mcu.
@@MeltingVenus Agreed, that is why I asked the question hoping @Above WongArt could let us know from personal experience. It would affect my purchase decision if it does not take TPU in the ACE unit.
@@MeltingVenus For 1 i said factually that it CAN print any mainstream filament. Because it can. Yes for ASA and ABS you need an enclosure which are available for $30 (generic enclosures) TPU DOES NOT need an enclosure and is not toxic. 2. Your post is full of you being misinformed an is just an opinion, Bambus AMS can do TPU.....I know I own a Bambu with AMS and use TPU theough it. You really should learn more about 3D peinting before posting about it
@@anthonylong5870 I have been printing for 3 years known. You said “you can use any filament through it” if you don’t know where a person skill is you probably should be a little bit more specific. PLA, tpu, PETG can print on an open printer. However according to the Bambu lab them self they state that TPU can’t be properly feed through the MULTI material system. I still tried to do so to confirm but like bambu said it was not feeding into the printer through the PTFE tube. Filament like abs does need an enclosure but you can’t assume everyone knows that as wired as that might sound. I don’t mean to come off as a know it all smart azz. It’s just I still remember when I was known to 3d printing and I spent more time trying to lean about 3d printing instead of 3d printing because I would have almost every video I watch tell me something different on top of only fixing a printer that never wanted to work. I put so much care into my Ender 3 v2 that I could have legally filled for child support 😂. If you don’t mind telling how did you get TPU to go through the ams lite without it having feeding issues?
I saw tpu as a selection on the interface on a video. But that could be through the single Bowden tube. Lol care to try a print with some? I love everything about this printer. I also am interested in the Bambu A1. If it works with orca or is open source id be happy. I don't know what to do.
Thank you. This is the same review format I created since the first printers I bought from Amazon and All the free printers from brands many many brands. Does it feel like an ad because I mentioned prices of all printers in the video? Can you help me understand so I can change things up to be better?
@@abovewongart Not sure what this person is talking about, I ordered mine 9min after it went live and this video has informed me more about its features than any of the pre-release data I had to go on. Thanks!
@@loganmacneil3424 you're the best. I appreciate you. I got a lot more printers to unbox and review. I'm sure Lorin23 has some great points and criticisms that could benefit me and them.
@@abovewongart your vids are dope thanks for replying, I'm looking forward to what you do with the M7 Pro and Kobra 3. I have the M5s Pro and it's sick, can't wait to see what the Kobra 3 does when it arrives!
i like the concept but i dislike the design, it doesn't looks like an Anycbic Kobra anymore, it lost in the uniqueness deparment, now looks like a Creality rip-off
Is it though? It feels like they have the name because they were first out of the gate but that that might wane very soon as other companies now have access to this technology. You can put money on it that every 3d printer maker out there is going to have multi spool print by the end of the year and some may surpass bambu in terms of speed and quality.
Bambu is dope. AnyCubic innovates often and so fast especially with their resin printers. They taking that energy over to filament too. This healthy competition might make Bambu go harder with their next printers.
@@anthonylong5870 Better software, more consistent printing, better reliability and better support. Kobra will not fix bugs and release another printer in 2025, while Bambu would still be updating their printers 3 years from now.
