They sure were thinking about replacement parts for the customer. I have a 23 quart Presto. After I got mine I ordered a extra rack for double stacking, everything on top of the lid, gauges, weight, seals, and an extra handle for the lid and the body. They sure know how to take care of their customer. I'm happy for you❤

My canner doesn't have a manual anymore. I inherited my grandmother's Presto from the '40's. Amazingly, I still found parts to put it back into service.
Looks great! The handles, safety lock, and weighted rocker all look exactly like my Graniteware Pressure Canner that I bought in 2019. $150 is not out of line for what all comes in the ForJars package. Nice.
That's a good thing because Granite ware has nonexistent customer support and parts are not available for them at canning supply sites. I was concerned that if the handles break that canner would be worthless. I did manage to find a gasket that fit on eBay but I ordered it according to size in mm, model wasn't listed. I would put the size on here but eBay no longer lets me access old orders, so I don't know what I bought.
Oh Leisa! I just ordered this! I had to move, and my pressure canner is an All American. I have an electric stove here so all of my canning has been on hold for the past couple of months. I'm so excited that this beautiful canner will work for me here. I can't wait to get started. You are my mentor and I only can what you say is okay. Safety first is what you have taught me. I love my new forjar's canner also. And was surprised to get the free goodies. And yes they did a wonderful job making this canner, This is a home run in my house.
I’m sure it is absolutely wonderful. But the most wonderful pressure canner is the one I won from the wonderful lady at Suttons Daze last year. Mine canner has a turkey in it right this minute. Thank you again Lisa it is the best gift I could have ever gotten

We’ve been having trouble with our canner. Apparently it isn’t a problem for sea level but a lot of people who must can at 15 psi have the safety valve release about 15-16psi. Forjars is aware of the problem (happens to lots of us at higher elevations.) they are looking into solutions and will be sending us a replacement red safety valve (the one that keeps blowing). I’m not giving up on this amazing company. But I want you to be aware that there is an issue. I sure wish I could can at 10 psi!
I haven't used mine yet and I live over 3500 ft and need to can at 15 psi as well. That's a bummer. I do know that both of the racks just barely fit in the canner and are too hard to get back out. I'm either going to cut them down to size somehow or just use my presto racks in it. I also don't like how the lid can't sit upside down cradled into the pot for storing like my presto canner due to the black handles extending over the top. And the vent pipe has a cage over it on the inside of the lid which is a pain. I really want to like it but I think it has alot of kinks that still need to be worked out.

I love my Presto pressure canner too. I'm ancient and it's all I've ever used. Leisa, I'm beginning to can meatball vegetable stew. Your meatball recipe plus my vegetables. I got 7 quarts in there. Is your new pressure canner the same size as your Presto? Your reaction to this is what mine would be. It's nice that it comes with the second rack too! Why wouldn't they all do that? That's how it should always be done.

Then provided her with the Ball canning books. She does water bath canning already so she will enjoy pressure canning, like I do
Good morning 😃 this looks awesome! We broke the large coil burner on our stove last year...tons of canning. Cost $80 to replace...soooo...we went to "Zorro" and got a big burner unit. That thing is unbelievable! Worked like a champ all year, both pressure and water bath. Worth every cent! Save your range tops ladies.

I ordered 2 during the black Friday sale, I'm really excited to use it, but you weren't kidding about the tight fit for the racks! I almost didn't get it back out 😮 my feed back is that the racks could be just a little smaller. My hubby thinks he can solve the issue for me just in time for Canuary! 😊

I'm a brand new canner, got my ForJars canner a couple weeks ago and I think I need to return it! I have to choose between playing whack-a-mole with the safety pressure releases which drops pressure very quickly (the red and yellow spots on the lid) or not having the jiggler jiggle, no miniscule amount of turning the heat up or down can find a happy spot. I'm at almost 5k feet altitude and need 15PSI. I saw another mention of the jiggler not jiggling on their website on the canner page and I sent them a message through the website with no resolution. I bought a Presto 23qt today at Ace and I just did a test run and it's working as I expected. I sure hope going by the dial gauge for the proper amount of time is ok, my jars sealed and so far so good.
I was excited to see it too :D Ooh!!!! Weighted regulator!!! I can actually buy this (as a non USA resident who has zero way to get a dial gauge tested). I don't particularly need a new canner, but whenever I get to needing to stock up on ForJars Lids, I may need to put a FJ Canner in the cart as well.
I have been putting off pressure canning, They scare me but with all these features I am going to have to save for one of these. But it will have to wait till life calms down. This is wonderful. Thank you for all you share
So I do not need a pressure canner as the one I currently own; (Presto) 23qt is newish and works a treat. However, I wanted to see how much ForJars was asking for their canner. I think they ask a very fair price even without any discounts! Thank you very much for showing us this new great canner!❤
Try the T-Fal canners also. I really like them. The pressure valve is different. It is more difficult to over pressure or under pressure. Jars out of a batch appear to seal more evenly around the same time. It has an excellent price.

My first Presto came with a kit and second rack. Thought that was standard. It should be those cheapskates.😂. In the middle of canning chili finally. My middle finger is 3 inches. Always have it with me.😅

I love forjars and will be saving up my pennies to get their canner. Can’t imagine how good it has to be, if it’s anything like their lids i can’t wait to get one, but will have to, lol. Dang they thought of everything, love getting 2 racks!!!
I saw this video and wanted the 23 Qt ForJars pressure canner. I said if I were to ever pressure can again I wanted a large one. This one will can 20pints at One time Yay. I even put it in a cart along with a few other item till I got paid. By the time I got paid, eeps item was out of stock. 😢 I was like bummed out. Figured out maybe they would be back in stock next year 2024. It was maybe a few weeks later and what should show up at the door? The huge box For Jars Pressure Cooker Canner from my daughter in law, son and family for Christmas 🎄. My daughter in law said my son had bought her one too. Now how wonderful is that?
