Review of the new TIM HOLTZ 12.5 INCH PRECISION TRIMMER. 

I'm late to your video, but I'm so glad I found it. I purchased this trimmer "used on ebay" to save money and I'm like you, I am guilty of having several trimmers. 🤭 I hesitated to buy yet another trimmer, but after your video I feel confident once it arrives, that I made a sound purchase, thank you! I'm a little disappointed that it doesn't score better, but thank you for sharing that bit of info, too. 😊

Hi Melanie, very nice trimmer. For me I need a trimmer that has all the measurements on top, like We R Memory Keepers Score board and Trimmer, which I have I just need new blades, and can't find them. So now I have to use my score board to help me with measurements and the circut trimmer.

Hi there, re the scoring Tim says to take a screw driver and pry it up a bit.

Thank you for the review! I cut many large pieces of cardstock for mini albums. I very much dislike that the extension arms drop down. How do you work with that? Would love to know your recommendations.

I find if something needs to be 6.5 inches or 1/8th of anything, this trimmer is not ideal. I guess I will have to mark the 1/8th" with a Sharpie or something. The metric numbers I will cover up. It also does not lock, so it kind of rattles around. It does cut beautifully, so maybe I should have waited for a later improved version. I do use it, but think it needs some improvements.

Thank you Melanie for making this video & review. I have the Tim Holtz guillotine trimmer but want to replace my WRMK scoreboard/trimmer. I have an expensive Fiskars rotary cutter and never use it. I want to be able to make quick narrow trims and score. I saw a video with the current Stampin Up trimmer and was planning to buy that one, have you tried it? Now that I’ve watched your video I don’t think this one will work for scoring.
