This is the second home in which ru-vid.comUgkx0jZ_lGlDVJhDnmagEU8gn47cmfPNlLQU we've replaced our "regular" doorbell with a Ring video doorbell and we really enjoy it. It is very easy to install and it works very well, with a clear picture through the app and good in-home use (we added the chime, which is also easy to install and doesn't require another thought to use).

Hey, I've seen this video from you a few days ago and today the fingerprint door lock arrived at my home. When I installed it to the door, you could unlock and look it from outside. That means, no code or something is required to get in my room. How can I change that? Is this a specific setting I need to set up first? Edit: If your answer was the Tuya Smart App, it doesn't work for me. No code is sending to my app when I request for it via the display on the door lock and it doesn't connect with Wifi etc.

Do you know why the lock does not stop ringing? It has new batteries, the notification that arrives is "prying alarm", according to what I was seeing and it is the anti-vandalism alarm that the lock has but nothing like that, nobody is touching the lock and it starts to sound (the lock has its own speaker), any ideas?
