I have been waiting on the same boat. Ordered it in February, boat is in Mercury motor was suppose to be here last Thursday. Think I am going to put the trolling motor battery in the back too. Was going to put it in the front storage. Thanks

brooooooo... i just order the same boat and i have the same plan as you as in extending the front deck and adding a live well.. i cant wait to see your finished build.. i am looking at the tiny boat nation for the parts for the building the live well and still debating to covor the deck with carpet or eva foam.. im subcribed and am following

Thats killer man. I had a 1860 griz and it was sweet i let my brother have it when he moved to Florida. In my state it could only have max a 9.9 on it. Slow slow slow. About 12 mph wot my 50lb thrust tiller troller moved at it 3mph! It was like a tank. I wanna get a 1754!!

First day I took mine out I lost my bearing cap as well glad it wasn’t just me. I’ve got the 1754sc

nice set up! I have a 2019 grizzly 1648 with a 40 hp merc with big tiller, power tilt/trim and man I LOVE THIS BOAT! I put a camo bimini on it as well.

I have this same boat but mines a 2017, I have sea deck flooring is the only difference. I just ordered jack plate for it.

What size wire did you use from the trolling motor back to the battery. Think I saw minn kota recommends 6awg?

So I'm curious I need to know so the other holes up by the seats they use to put foam inside of the boat can you use those to put in extra seats?

How’s that 40 tiller with no power trim tilt? I’m looking at a similar setup with a 40 and it seems like a large motor for it to not have it
