Hey I have the big dog version , I haven't tried it yet , but it's for my collie, how do I reset the collar , I think someone else returned it and there was no Manuel with mine.

These collars work for the first 24 hours. The dog then becomes desensitized to the spray/shock and barks anyway. There are much more effective ways to teach a dog not to bark. Get the barking on cue and then teach quiet.
This particular collar has nothing to do with Spray Tesla - so it seems you got it wrong and are just making generalised and uninformed comments on random videos... it also has increasing levels of static and electronic pulse - to avoid any 'de-sensitisation' issues... If you buy a bark collar from us and the dog does not respnd you can trade-up if you need to. If you teach a dog to bark on cue - that is a neat little trick - but it is irrelevant to someone who is facing a nuisance barking situation with angry neighbours. ***** So what ? They all work the same (correct the dog for barking) and don't work. They only way to reduce barking is the address the cause, not the symptom.

Hi guys The only way this product left any sites is if you left it on the dog too tight and your dog got a rubbing sore from the probes. The unit DOES NOT produce any heat at all. It also has a safety shut down feature. So ... no way this unit did any harm to your dog. It does say in the instructions to not leave it on for longer than 8 hours and to check the skin every day.
i have a chihuahua and hes a nightmare and barks 100% of the time when im gone. im a renter and my landlord told me it must stop. so i bought one of these. please tell me it works
the shape of the hole through my dogs hair directly to her neck was exactly the shape of the node coming of the collar so i doubt it rubbed and don't see why it wouldn't produce heat if the thing is meant to give of electricity-whatever the case is i don't need to worry about my neighbors-i just worry about a little dog that is like my kid to much to put a collar like that on her.
