Hello, do you know if the commentaries included in the Chronological Life Application is similar to the normal KJV Life Application? Or are the commentaries more independent for each version? Thank you in advanced!
I have this, I got it to try and read through the Bible, which I'm not to good at. I regret not getting it in the king James. I do not like hard cover, and I can't find a king James in the imitation leather. no problem finding it in the NLT.
I have an important question!please help me! Which should I buy? CHRONOLOGYCAL life application study bible which has 2220 page number OR Life application study bible which has 2400 page number?? Please help me.
Tyndale just doesn't get it, you don't have 2,200+ pages and then glue it. They will sew a $15.00 NLT Slimline, and glue all their 2,000+ page study Bibles....
I stand corrected. I found one that's sewn, but unfortunately it's NLT only: NLT Chronological Life Application Study Bible, soft imitation leather, black/onyx. I don't know if I can do the NLT. Maybe they'll include the KJV to be sewn as well in the next print.
I understand, but even if you use an old phone like iPhone 5s or 6s and with some good light you can get a great image and sound, those phones are about $100 (iPhone 5s used), I started like that. (just don't use the front camera ;-)
Hmm that’s a tough one. I love the simplicity, conservativeness, and size of the Reece. This one is better done, bore colorful, more overall information. I’d probably still take the Reese.
@@NewLifeOfAlbanyGa Thanks Michelle for your question, exactly what I was wanting to know. Of all the chronological Study Bibles which do you recommend the most. So Reese still hits a home run over this if you had to pick between the two. Good to know as I look into purchasing one of these. I previously had a NKJV chronological one and it was just hard to use. Too many boxes vying for attention at the same time. Would be better if it had some of the info in other sections so it wasn't so busy.
I'm upset about the regular NIV/NKJV chronological study bible by Thomas Nelson as it appears to kick off the commentary with evolutionary themes and secular science refuting what is actually presented in Genesis. Are those themes present in the color page commentary on Genesis in this version? I am leery to try it since its the same publisher and was thinking of just going with the Daily reading in one year version that would most likely omit that.
Late reply, but I have both the Nelson (NKJV) and the Tyndale (NLT) books. They serve different purposes in terms of Chronological study. I prefer the Tyndale one, because of the life application notes. The Nelson book is clearly just for historical study with comparisons of other religions both pagan, secular and non-Christian. I appreciate both approaches for what they represent. If your main purposes for a Chronological study are for application, what the Scripture means and why it should matter to you, definitely go for the Tyndale book.
@@NewLifeOfAlbanyGa I thought that this Chronological Life Application Bible was put out by Tyndale House , not Thomas Nelson. I had the Thomas Nelson and found it was very hard to use. So many boxes vying for attention on each page, rather then say devoting some pages to details throughtout.
Again, a delicious bible review, thank you! Makes me want to run out and get one of these. Do they come in the leather or fake leather editions? I have a regular Life Application Bible, but a chronological one and not in the KJV. I love the full color.
