For those who have asked, I will definitely continue this series as more characters are released on the global server! In the meantime, here are some quick addendums to this video: 1. For Tomoe's EX-skill, ally strikers only need to be inside her AOE when she activates her skill, but they will still receive the buff if they run outside the AOE during the EX windup. Contrary to how I phrased it in the review, this makes her EX wind-up a non-issue so long as characters are already inside the AOE of her EX-SKill, which is fantastic for anyone interested in playing her! 2. Marina's invincibility makes it so that her health won't fall below 1 HP, but she can still be injured during this time, so this is something to be careful about when her invincibility ends, as you'll want to get healing and/or shielding on her as quickly as possible!

Small note: Marina's passive doesn't actually make her invincible, it only prevents her hp from going below 1. She, unfortunately, can still be hurt. It makes my heart dip every time i see that little green bar still disappear in pvp from an iroha crit

Oh my WORD that is incredible, I'm both extremely appreciative and extremely sorry that these were both so long, but I'm glad that they were so helpful! I really wanted to make these videos to help highlight the strengths and weaknesses of the full cast, since there is a lot of depth to every character's design that I wanted to explain as best as I could!

part 1 was super helpful for a new player, i got a ton of overview of the characters i pulled and how better to use them together. this video will be just as awesome, now just waiting for part 3 going over new characters added to all of the schools. especially excited for your mika and nagisa reviews, and the custom animation they get together.
Amazing video your hard work is much appreciated. Millennium has become my favorite school in blue archive, and aris is my #1 character in the game. I can't wait for her maid alter i almost have 400 pulls saved for her banner so hopefully i can max star her if im lucky

Watching this after having played for a few months just sort of winging things has made me really appreciate my luck. I had no idea Wakamo and Swimsuit Hoshino were so rare when I rolled them on Swimsuit Hanako's banner.
Ohhh I'm so glad you got it done, what a massive undertaking this and Lore Archive is. I'll definitely give this a listen next time I'm out on a 4-hour grocery shopping quest, just like last time! I hope you'll occasionally (maybe once a year?) do a follow-up video to include the newer students that are added to the game.. And one day, maybe briefly touch on all the great characters that are still in NPC jail!
That is absolutely the plan!! Once I've got a decent number of students who have been added, I'll make intermittent follow up videos to cover everyone in more detail I hope that this makes for a good listen when you're out getting errands done!

I love these student reviews as I often overlook some of the skills of other characters that is actually helpful On a side note in 57:54, I often hear you describe C&C as Millennium's militia or military force. For me they're different, more like agents you see in James Bond or Mission Impossible movies. There are only 5 of them that normally specializes more in covert operations as opposed to Gehenna's and Trinity's forces that maintain order and take on threats in public and can easily consist of 100s of students

The Serpent has indeed persisted!! It was an absolutely insane task, but I'm so glad I was finally able to release this, especially since Millennium comprises such a gigantic portion of the overall cast! I honestly can't believe how quickly they've released students, even at the time of writing, there were almost 10 new students... but thankfully, we should have a lot of reruns for a few months, with only a few new students interspersed, sooooooo... maybe I'm in the clear for long enough to get the SRT/Volume F Part 1 Lore Archive completed...

Just a note, ally strikers do not need to be in Tomoe's EX skill range by the time she finishes the wind-up. They just need to be in the circle upon activation and Tomoe will give the buff no matter how far they run off! Wonderful video by the way, even as a first month player I enjoyed watching this!

Yes heavy investment for Atsuko, her healing needs UE40 to shine and at UE40 her EX total healing cumulatively is similar to Koharu so Atsuko is a tank + healer for sure. Some people only consider Atsuko a tank with limited healing power but this is only true at lower stars.
Ah the Game Development club. Every Sensei's daughters. I always try to run the Saiba sisters together (once I got Midori). Just seems right. Plus it's fun to position them so they both do there celebration animation together
2:38:26 Interestingly enough, Tomoe's skill marks allies the moment it is cast and buffs them later, even if they run out of her range So it is not one of her weaknesses, her weakness IMO is in bad buff scaling, not really worth investing into

That is an excellent question!! I mainly use two artwork dropboxes for these videos: I won't be able to post them in the comments, but I've made sure to add them in the credits of this video (the first is a super high quality google drive folder that has a bunch of great in-game cutscenes and backgrounds, and the second is a dropbox with all the digital merch that Blue Archive has released!)
Finally, the second part. Thank you so much for this long analysis! I didn't hear you say it, but I notice how the game actually still think Azusa as part of Arius, so there's actually 6 (counting swimsuit Azusa) Arius students to use. Edit: I also wonder if you will cover the upcoming students in the future as well and give thoughts on them in similar format? Like making this a half yearly thing when new anniversary students comes out?
You made a mistake on Hiori. She is actually very good even w/o other Arius squad. "Fires bullet in a straight line and deals 331% of ATK as DMG to the first enemy that's hit. If there are 2 or less Arius Squad students in the unit, also decreases the enemy's DEF by 30.1%. If there are 3 or more, decreases the hit enemy's DEF by 51.6%. Lasts for 30 sec."
Wait, so does Hiyori's EX skill not proc ANY debuff if there are no other Arius girls in the squad? RNGesus has only given me Hiyori so far, but using her EX on bosses still seems to create the little blue defuff thingy by their health bar. Maybe this is her normal skill proc instead of the EX... From one of the wikis: "If there are two or fewer Arius Squad students in the same team, reduce Defense of the hit enemy by 23.2~30.1%; if there are three or more, reduce their Defence by 39.7~51.6% instead." Wouldn't Hiyori by herself still qualify as "fewer than two"?

Tsukoyo is a terrible tank compared to Yuuka and Tsubaki, i have to use her in mystic missions and for some reason her relationship rank gives healing?????? Super copium. She nearly dies.
