great job, you do nice work. You are as good at teaching and explaining as you are at recrafting fine shoes. I liked the test of a good leather sole by no shredding of the skin side when sanding. Look forward to future videos.

Regarding the thinner you applied during the sole removal, is that Renia thinner? JH Cook has a Renia product called deSohl that I've been wanting to try. That edge guide on the bunk wheel is a slick setup, too! Thanks again!

Yes we can replace the leather footbeds. It's usually an additional $100

FINALLY a cobbler that presses out wrinkles!! Omg 😳 bless you sir!! I’ve only seen this once on RU-vid and it was NOT a cobbler but a shoe shiner, conditioner. No one cares as much for the uppers as the soles. So glad to see this good man takes pride in the COMPLETE Work of the shoe and not only the reconstruction of the soles!! No they do not. Leather footbeds, wooden shanks, leather heel rands, leather heel bases.

I've ask a few cobblers why they are driving these threaded nails into the shoe on removal... Have they previously been resoled? I've re-soled a couple of Crockett's and they are never nailed from the inside

C&J heel bases are attached with threaded nails using a heel wheel
