@@greggles5316 I mean yea I know that lmao I used to main bowser. But characters without a rapid jab typically had jabs that worked on bowser, so I assumed Terry jab worked too. Don't play bowser much anymore and I don't find them when I play Terry so I didn't know that interaction existed lmao
It works as long as bowser doesn't use an attack beforehand, it should work just fine since jab 2's multihit for some reason beats out bowser armor unless there's an actual attack
Completely understandable. I was so confused at what "string" could he have found as only power dunk is true. Then, well you know the rest... god dammit.
I got so hyped about the title that when you got to the combo I laughed because it's the combo I use so often my friends are considering calling it spam
I’ve actually been using this combo way too much in games. I like to start it with down tilts or a late aerial, and it just adds a little bit of extra nice damage. FYI, if anybody has trouble pulling off the Power Dunk input from jab, It helps me to just do the Buster Wolf input instead, since the game will default back to Power Dunk because the input motions are so similar. Or if you can’t do that either, just remember Forward Down Forward A
It’s funny cause you already showcased this combo in your Terry combo showcase, I believe it was a level 1 or 2 combo. This video did expand on my knowledge of the combo though, so I thank you for that
Terry: U-Air U-Tilt does around 25% You can follow this up with multiple things such as Nair, U-Smash, Crack Shoot, ect. Also Nair'ing across stage is a good option at early percents and does around 40% U-Tilt Power Dunk is a good strategy too, just input the Power Dunk while U-Tilt is happening. This does around 32% but people can fall out of the Power Dunk sometimes. Those are just some tips from me :)
I found out that dtilt is a forced getup, and at low percents if someone fucks up a tech you can dtilt to force them up into a grab to dthrow-uair-upb. Its cool to use in casual matches because people dont always expect the forced getup
I honestly didn’t know people didn’t know about this lol. An even spicier combo is dtilt>dtilt>jab1>jab2>special cancel. Easy 50-60% combos if they don’t DI out of the tilts.
Could you try this combo in a video? 1.Grab 2. forward throw, 3. Burning knuckle, 4. run up to enemy before it gets up, 5. down tilt 6. grab, 7. down throw, 8. up b Or if you have Go! Grab Forward throw Burning knuckle Run up Down tilt Grab Down throw Powah Geysah If it works out, put my name there also or else you'll get Busta Waolfed. Lol.
Before the reveal, I was getting skeptical and legit checked to see if this was posted on April 1. Anyways one of my favorite actual Terry combos is d-air, down tilt, down throw, N-air, burning knuckle. Not true, obviously, but fun to pull off, does considerable damage.
As soon as you got talking about the jabs I was like he’s talking power dunk lol. Good video that was funny 😆 I did notice something tho if someone can figure out how to cancel the 3rd hit of of jab. It might be possible to land a infinite to power dunk since hit 2 sucks them in
So glad I watch your videos I just subscribe today but I’m gonna tell you you do a great job with Terry and the information that you’ve given me has really fucking help me learn how to play this character like no other I went to an arena and was just body and people until someone came along and destroyed me but I was super happy with the information you gave me thank you man
I've been doing that for quite a bit actually suprised no one other than you basically have not found this out until you did, I thought it was pretty easy to do but I guess not to other people
This is a sick combo! Kills at reasonable percent. But why not just down tilt like 5 times to grab, up throw, up air, into true shoryuken? Kills at a ridiculous 50%
Revolutionary Day 1 combo, that can also be di down inwards if I remember correctly. I was just mad when I realized that there is really nothing more behind it. Not even really funny if this really is just joking around.
