Another amazing documentary. Thank you! I am so so glad they started to rewild this place and took special interest in lions. Lions ARE Africa...same as elephants and zebra and rhinos....they are magnificent but so so fragile...grateful to all who give them protection...xoxox
Hi Paola. You are so thoughtful about those animals that I even can feel it. I admire you so much for what you are doing for the Nature and so also for whole population. Thank you for sharing 💗💗💗💗

3:10 "...But incidentally, lions are in these places and they become trapped" - This Carnistic logic means: "killing boars= GOOD. Killing fluffy lions= BAD". People with carnistic mindset (99% of the population) are what will kill both the warthogs AND lions alike. When you will to kill is stronger than your compassion, you simply won't decide who gets to die, including yourself.
I think you misinterpreted what she said. In the Gorongosa park they are trying to recover all species, not just lions. Please check their website, they are doing a great job, with herbivores as well. She was just stating that the snares put by the poachers are meant for other animals, but it affects the lions too.
