RG Eva Unit 00 [DX] REVIEW | Neon Genesis Evangelion

Damnit,i regret only getting the normal ver,but my rg unit 0' is missing the head so i might be able to turn it into mark 9 and get the dx set

This is my first kit and I'm handling it. Broke one piece but that's cause I thought you were supposed to pop the pieces out but other than that it hasn't been too daunting. Still difficult and requires focus but nothing crazy

articulation on the RG evas is realy nice, now make the Zeong do the same bandai :)

I think the month long hiatus was due to the pain and trauma you endured trying to get that rubber suit on the PG Eva-01. Lmao!

"It's very thick and durable." Also, the rebuild movies aren't as good as the og series, but it was probably Hideaki Anno telling fans if that is how they want Eva to be. Also, that positron cannon looks like something I made with lego when I was smaller. And if these were 1/144 scale, they would almost be as tall as the neo zeong since they are most of the time 70 meters tall.

My biggest disappointment with the RG Eva’s is no pilot figures :/ I always like painting them to scale or not.

put a drop on the non moving parts like armor and....i built EVA 13 with minimal glue and its pretty sturdy...beautiful moded

I LOST THE SAME FOOT PIECE AS IT FLEW OFF MY RUNNER 😭

i have the Eva unit 01, and the leg-to-hip connection is simply the bane of my existence. it's horrible, mainly because of how loose it is. i really want to love the kit, and i do to a degree, its just that joint that pisses me the hell off.

I know how you can fix the hips just add a little bit of super glue rub it around that peg and it should thicken it up

Can I use scissors to cut out model kit parts if I don’t have side cutters

I built the unit 01 but I fucked the relaxed hands, the hands are made like of a soft plastic so if you don’t align a notch that they have with a hole in the arm, it is going to get squished making it imposible to use the arm “muscle” gimmick when turning them.

Should i get this model or o1 or 02 (which 02 is my fav)
