I'm a huge Rhett & Link fan and I would give anything to see a video of them back in 1984 when they first met. Just imagine...six year old Rhett and Link on the first day of first grade. Two skinny little country boys who grew up together and are still going strong after 35 years! Pretty darn amazing.

I've always had social anxiety, I've tried to get better, but honestly I still feel very awkward in conversations with strangers and get extremely claustrophobic in crowded rooms to the point that the mental defenses automatically go up and I want to get back to "safety" as soon as possible... 😨😰

That’s awesome. Great guest :) love good mythical morning. Link is so right about action plans for anxiety. I have horrible anxiety and every week I write down what triggered me for the day and see how I can manage it. At night it’s horrible too.
