Rhinedottir Is Creating A DESCENDER In Genshin impact!? 

I’ll just say this: we either need a part 2 of albedo’s story quest, or albedo to make a comeback SOMEWHERE during the archon/interlude quests to come because I feel once we know more about him, we can prove this theory. The limited event back ages ago was one of the only moments that we actually saw some aspect of Albedo’s relationship with Rhinedottir.

Am I the only one who got the name of "Aiax"/"Ajax" in the note and with the quest of Narzissenkreuz, all we know about the ab yss "the foul LEGACY", the PRIMORDIAL whale, Childe is linked to a lot of things talking about Legacy and primodial things... This dude has so much more, like, I feel that Gold, Childe, Albedo and some characters we don't know are going to be such key elements to whatever the KAenri'ah arc is gonna be (Worst, perrinheri just confirms a lot of thing this theorist said in a way, like just, made it clear, rathe rit's accurate at a 100% who knows but, it ecplains A LOT)

15:25 WAIT!!! Why do I have a feeling that this might be the whole plot of Genshin, Teyvat and the thing with the Descenders? If these 4 steps represent the 4 descenders. 1st. the original whole: The Primordial one create the humanity in Teyvat. 2nd. Around 33:50 - This brings me back to a thought I have everytime the Twins are referenced as Stars, compared to Stars, or are implied literal Stars in human/mortal form... In Binary Systems where two Stars lay at their center, eventually one will consume the other merging for a variety of potential reasons/ways (that part isn't super important for this discussion, although one Star becoming a Black Hole and slowly sucking the life out of still bright Star does have some mildly terrifying implications if we equate the Abyss Twin to the Black Hole in this analogy 😶). This has me thinking what if eventually reuniting with our Sibling leads to the two becoming one as "The Cosmic Man's Individuation"? Now back to the Binary Star analogy the deciding factor of who "wins" in the fusion (maybe saying "who influences the thoughts and ideals of the fusion" is more apt) would be the "brighter" or "larger" one being the one who has a previously mentioned "Will to Rival the World" OR literally brighter as in the one who regains their "Holy" Element instead making the "Abyss" Element their own - potentially just being superior or a direct counter to the other... Bit of a side tangent but I'd definitely prefer this over the stereotypical "I've been searching for my favored person the entire journey only for them to tragically die right at the climax or end of the story, oh what a cruel world..." plot (maybe also throwing in the "True Power awakening through loss/rage" trope), not saying this is what will happen down the road but it's definitely a possible direction the writers could take no question. This also raises another discussion of how they'd handle the Traveler's assumed obtaining of the "Holy" Element, cause that would have to be accessed at some point before the very end of the story as they'd need time for resource collection to level up Talents and Constellations (basically game mechanics having a direct Impact 𝘩𝘦𝘩𝘦 on story/plot points) then by proxy that new element would also need interactions with the existing elements (or maybe not if Geo is anything to go off of 😒) OR might it only have direct interactions with the supposed "Abyss" element... And maybe whatever element Dain will be which is a whole other can of worms as that seems to be a "Khaenri'ahn Energy" Element or "Curse" Element (I'm more partial to "Eclipse" Element as it'd be a nice middle ground between Traveler's Bright/Holy and Sibling's Dark/Abyss analogy/element) instead of any sort of Abyss power as he is vehemently against The Abyss... But I'm stopping at that third tangent or I'll be typing for another half hour. 😂

Hiding important parts of the lore in time-limited events is very confusing. Another thing I hate: in the middle of the quest a fight starts, but the characters start/continue talking too and you have to avoid the fight to read or fight and read, fuq it.

I loved Albedos quest because he's one of my favourite characters and i started playing in 3.3 so i never got to do his events. But his story quest has a difference from everyone else's in the way that you never actually get to trial him, maybe this is because of this or susbedo, who knows?

If Elynas was one of Albedo's brothers, then Albedo is the uncle of the Melusines and that thought just warms my heart. Albedo NEEDS to go to Fontaine to meet them. We DESERVE that interesting and heart-warming interaction of those family ties coming together.

One is a single person (all alone), two people can create conflict, three is friendship and possibly marriage and 4 is new life. That's how I saw that point.

Honestly, in my head, any Albedo story is like an event story for me. I was surprised when I heard people say, "In Albedo's story quest". M like, wait, he has a story quest??? He's so rare, he feels like Christmas to me.

On a scientific note it make sense the four comes up a lot as carbon can make four bonds, and we are carbon based lifeforms.

The "I" and "J" thing gos back a ways to how it had been written at one time in the past to be very similar. In fact, they were so similar typographically that even in washington DC, there is no J street. The were so similar at one time when written out that it could cause confusion. While this font in the video is a modern stylistic choice, it definitely harkens back to when it was the norm for them to be written in a similar fashion. tl;dr: it has historic typographical significance and the creator of that font was probably paying hommage to that.

Albedo story quest contains his lore just not the cool cutscenes I guess, the first event if I recall is where we learn of possibly durin, and the second susbedo. His story quest is about how he may become a threat in the near future and he hopes traveller will be there to stop him I think, also descenders. I think it feels less because it wasn't very action packed, it was relatively calm quest, but it still gives a lot of lore. The events is more so a bit about Albedo and more on Gold's creations and Gold.

I think it's funny that Star rail had 3 management events in a row and everyone applauded Genshin gets 1 management event and everyone hated it double standards right?

Lol this is way to complicated for 90 percent of your audience. I love how content creators just casually pretends you grasp this in 2 minutes time. The point is that Genshin wants to show that beings and energy are linked together, therefore what they did with the formula changed the entire universe. The question is WHY they did that. But it is the reason why it had to be annihilated in the eyes of the gods also very likely why Rhinedottir is in hiding.

That last note about gold being trivial to Khaneri'ah sounds like the whole El Dorado thing. When Spaniards made it to South America they saw a people using gold frivolously and thought "They must have a whole city made out of it!!" while in reality they simply didn't place the same value as Spain on gold, it wasn't their currency, it had no value beyond being pretty and not being distorted by time and water like many other metals so they used it for religious purposes, made statues, had a ritual where they covered a man in gold who walked into a lake and came out clean. Similarly a land underground surrounded by rock and minerals sees no value in what part of the walls was probably made out of and placed far more value on the hard to come by bread that they could only get via Khemia. Like the Spaniards the Ordo could have attributed their personal value of something unto a people that had no reason to share it.

If you can have Descenders come to Teyvat, can you have Transcenders break from Teyvat? This has been my over all thoughts of the story for a while. The goals of the story seem to be about lifting the haze of information surrounding the world and that Descenders are being used to that end. The gods, Celestia, Phanes, Hexenzirkel, Khaenri'ah, etc all know of some great conspiracy going on, and some have been targeted because of it. Descenders are there to change the world and so on. So after that happens would there be Transcenders to complete and break from this cycle. Usher into the next chapter (next book really) so to speak.

JUST A LOT OF NOTES AHEAD DISCUSSING SOME POINTS. One thing I am surprised about is that the "Heart of Naberius" was never once mentioned in this video. Finding this "relic" is what caused Rhinedottir to make a decision to leave Albedo with his mission to seek the "truth" by himself. The name "Heart of Naberius" also heavily implies that it could be like a Gnosis since it is a "heart" and "Naberius" is a name of a demon from the Ars Goetia (which means this heart is heavily implied to belong to a god). The Sustainer, whom is speculated to also be a Descender, is theorized to have be named "Asmoday" due to past leaks which is also a Goetian name; so what if Naberius was the Third Descender whose remnants are in the Gnoses? 15:30 The "one" can be interpreted as one "self" and thus be seen as a lonely whole. The "four" is comprised of multiple "selves" that join together as a unity, much like how a galaxy alone is "one" but the universe is "four" 17:00 Reminder that because Khaenri'ah is supposedly an underground kingdom, being able to grow crops and livelihood was scarce due to barren lands and lack of natural sunlight. Khemia was the type of alchemy that can create "life" which is wheat and thus produce bread/rice/food which is being pertained here. 18:25 Basically, the "citrinitas" explained by Narzissenkreuz is merely the gold aspect that can be conjoined with Rubedo according to other alchemy beliefs-a pseudo-stage between Albedo and Rubedo. Thus, it is an instrument in the process of alchemy and not an end product. In Khaenri'ah, the "citrinitas" is the completion of purpose and not necessarily a part of alchemy but the GOAL of alchemy-the "perfection" which Skirk once alluded to being sought by Rhinedottir as well as by her master. Later in the video, the perfect example is that there are two philosopher's stones in theory: the Holy Blade, and Albedo. The Holy Blade itself is already a completed product and used as an instrument embedded with the gold of "citrinitas" and "red" principle in the Rubedo stage. In contrast, Albedo is the final product that has come into being and completed the alchemy process yet has not achieved "citrinitas" which is inferred to be the Descender phase. 24:00 An interesting possible add-on to this note in Perinheri wherein it has mentioned that the Crimson Moon Dynasty of Khaenri'ah built an orphanage for Descenders (or just special outlander children who came from the "stars" and other nations). It can be inferred that some children were placed into the Abyss (described as a pitch black corridor) and they are asked if they are "dead" upon reaching the exit. They are said to be "reborn" from the hearth after seeing the illusion of the crimson moon (revealed to be a titanic eye), and with mention of an "Ajax" in the note, it makes me wonder. The missing light in Childe's eyes may be a sign that he "died" in the Abyss and did not get reborn like Perinheri, so he is basically a "failed" Descender. 31:20 I highly believe that the "chalk" with which the Traveler is made may be stardust. Like, they were literally born from the stars which is why it makes sense why creating an artificial Descender requires help from the Abyss (which is treated as the Prima Materia). The Abyss is treated as a different realm, another world, and an ocean of stars. It overlaps perfectly with the meanings of Descender and Outlander. The sediment found from Albedo's experiments on the Traveler was also purple, which is implied to be the color of abyssal power. 36:00 This subtle theme of "there can only be one where there was once two" like with Makoto and Ei, Rukkhadevata and Nahida, Scaramouche and Wanderer, Fischl and her alter ego, Focalors and Furina, even Venti and the Nameless Bard, and now the Traveler Twins could all refer back to the "four" wherein the final stage is to become a perfect whole. This also coincides with the referenced 4 Samsara cycles (which are a variation of the names for four of the theological root races) in Narzissenkreuz, the 4 sides of the Solomon's knot in the Fatui emblem, and now the 4 stages of alchemy. The individuation represented by the Cosmic Man basically envisions this goal which is why being reunited is the main objective of Genshin.
