It is opportunistic pathogen, which causes pneumonia in immunocompromised individuals or those with underlying lung disease (such as cystic fibrosis). It was first isolated in patients with cystic fibrosis (CF) and earlier it was called Pseudomonas cepacia. This pathogen adheres to medical devices as well as has person-to-person spread and needs strict isolation. I suppose it has bad prognosis in immunosupressed patients with cyctic fibrosis that underwent transplantation. Of course I didn't know that before😁 but made a small research, because I thought that it would be too easy to answer 'pseudomonas aeruginosa'
