Ya, Shannon was healthy, and wholistic with her health all her life, and for the first few seasons, and I feel she didn’t start drinking heavy, until after David left, and she met John. John drank a lot , and she joined him.

I actually feel bad for Shannon and what happened to her personal life. To have Tamra as a " friend " there tearing her down about Shannon's poor choices was not healthy or necessary. Didn't help at all.

Shannon looks great! Almost like when she joined 10 years ago. Tamra has issues with anyone who is more likeable, nicer, kinder than her. She has no problem trashing everything and everyone for her own shallow/trivial benefits. Now that it doesn’t seems like her husband has a job nor is she content, she is to her old nasty ways. She is a reminder of how miserable and bitter shortly before her divorce from Simon. At this age, she's probably concerned and has to really look deep inside if she doesn't get divorced for the 3rd time. Reminder her brother raising concerned about her mean ways and stated that there's a good reason for why she is at husband n0 3. She is one to watch carefully. Keep shining brighter Shannon. You deserve happiness.

Tamra is always drinking and raging. She is definitely projecting and should get a handle on her drinking before she comments on others people's problems. She has gotten injured after drinking, gotten in bushes, argues and yells when drinking, and loves to strip down when drinking.

Because Gina took responsibility. She didn't blame her boyfriend for her drinking, she doesn't blame her weight gain on everybody else, Shannon blames everyone but herself.

Tamara is only friends with people on the show for her own personal benefit, otherwise she has no story line. Kudos to Shannon for getting the help she needed following her DUI and it sounds as if she is keeping her drinking under control and no longer using it as a crutch.
Shannon looks really really well here. I am glad she is comfortable with being on her own and knows she does not need to defend herself. She sounds like a free woman. Tamra is no friend, anyone who tries to humiliate you in public or keeps on dropping seeds of negative in your mind to make your feel ashamed of yourself, is just a nasty narc who wants you down and out to feel better themselves!
This is Shannon's best year! She looks so calm and stable. I think Tamtam hates that. That's not a real friend. She's desperate for a storyline and the money being on RHOC brings her, so she's using Shannon for that.
There is a reason Tamara's daughter does not speak to her. There has been no time during the series where she didn't turn on her friends in the confessionals, and these bullying techniques she uses is just nasty to their core. She has no right to label anyone an alcoholic or anything else, as she should first make sure she comes in with "clean hands" herself. The audacity of saying such rotten things to another and claiming to be doing it out of love is complete nonsense, and these gaslighting traits of hers are always transparent, as she really is not bright enough to be doing so. This is not entertainment value, and seems quite bottom of the barrel, to have brought the dregs back. From trying to get her son to "bed" Gretchen (and trying to get her drunk to make it happen) to sticking her nose in Jens relationship and trying to destroy it via second hand gossip. This keeps up, and you will definitely have another RHONJ on your hands Bravo, and might become so toxic, that viewers will stop watching. Add Alexis to the mix (Miss no real story-line, just an extension of John J, and not bright enough to realize this) and you have a team that even die-hard fans can hardly stomach. Instead of these two claiming to be "good christians", lead by example and maybe try being quiet for a bit.

First year ever of her being on the show i can say i like Shannon.. she's really grown as a person and is way more controlled and her genuine self. I always felt like she was trying to keep up appearances and it was annoying and came across as fake but this year she had no choice but to be herself and it was very refreshing

I did an outpatient program before inpatient and it didn’t work for me. You can sneak drink easily but still Tamra should never disclose and say such horrible things!

When Shannon met Tamra at the restaurant and they hugged and Tamra said "i love you", i had a visceral reaction. It was sooooo fake of tamra and i prayed that Shannon wouldn't fall for it. I'm glad to now know that she didn't. Go Shannon! All the real women out here who've known a low point up close and personal, have you're back girl!!!❤
