Wow I used get the train past there over 30 years ago I swear it was a disused industrial type area looks nothing like I rem. I live in coffs harbour now thanks for showing me the changing face of Sydney.

I haven’t been to Rhodes since early 2000. I worked their in the business park. Wow it has changed! You should do the Kokoda walk and you will end up at Concord Hospital. It is the other side of the shopping side. Down near Parra river. Should say near concord road.

Considering it was an industrial area in the past. Berger Paints, Union Carbide, Tulloch Limited (engineering and railway rolling stock). It was one of the smelliest, and most contaminated areas in Sydney, and took a lot of money and time to clean up.
