Awesome. It went in very easily and it was delivered within a week of my order. The video was a huge help. A piece of advice for anyone installing this in a Challenger - the glove box just rests on a hinge, you can pull it out. It was a nightmare trying to work in the little space you have while it is still attached, once I realized you can just pull it off the installation went very smooth. They even have a buy back program for the UConnect module which is now useless and the old deck. Great experience with this company, buy with confidence
Mike, I bought it from OEM. Depending on your vehicle you may need to buy an additional harness to maintain your steering wheel function, which I had to as well. It's all explained in the video
Sounds like you don't have a UConnect Bluetooth kit. You'll need to add that in order to get connectivity. You can get that here... www.infotainment.com/products/uconnect-hands-free-microphone?variant=321476653
Yes exactly. RHR has built in Gen 2 bluetooth. Vehicles that have bluetooth prior to the RHR upgrade will need a Gen 1 to Gen 2 Uconnect conversion cable to get Audio streaming. Vehicles without bluetooth need a microphone. This link describes this as well. infotainment.com/shop/services/replacement-service/2011-2012-dodge-caliber-gps-navigation-rhr-730n-radio/
I got a Jeep Patriot manual. I would like to get one of these stereos, but does it play movies in manual vehicles?, cause you said, it should to be parking to do so. But how the system can know if car is in motion or not on manuals?.
These units do not play any video in motion, that is prevented by the manufacturers for safety concerns. Aftermarket units may be able to provide that feature but none of the OEM units that we offer.
Here's the radio that fits your 2010 Chrysler 300c: www.infotainment.com/collections/all/products/mopar-premium-factory-gps-navigation-mygig-rhr-radio-upgrade?variant=492676237
You should’ve showed how you entered your security code. You just skipped over it and said “now after you’ve entered your security code- your now ready to setup your radio… And so now I’m literally about to install my deck, I have my security code, but if it does ask for it, I have no idea 🤷🏻♂️ how I’m supposed to enter it? Great
Yes, here's a link to where you can purchase. www.infotainment.com/collections/all/products/2011-2013-dodge-durango-gps-navigation-rhr-730n-radio?variant=30341561614372
Navigation-in-motion was something we used to offer years ago, but it was more for being able to enter a navigation address without having to be parked. What resulted is that it also allowed DVD play while driving. We unfortunately had to pull that due to safety issues. You may have to check with www.navtv.com for a solution.
I have a Samsung Note 4...it's paired and handles phone calls fine, but when I touch the AUX button, nothing shows up. I can't stream my music from my phone through the stereo...any ideas?
yeah...I can connect it that way. I was just hoping to go wireless and stream my music from my Note 4 to the stereo via Bluetooth...guess there's no way to do that though.
You can send us your radio, and one of our expert technicians will perform repairs in our shop. When we complete the repair, we'll send the radio back to you repaired.
Hello. I did this to my type REZ MyGig stereo, and followed your great routine to the letter as you have shown, and I thank you for that because it worked fine, but when I put it back into my Chrysler Grand Voyager, the screen asked me to input the anti theft code number which I wasn't given when I bought the car, so I couldn't enter it. I could not get it to work again without the code. That is not your fault I know, but I notice on yours you have a 4 digit number on a white sticker, is that your model code for your MyGig? Can you help me at all in obtaining my code as here In Scotland there are no longer any Chrysler dealers at all and I have no idea what to do. Help! Please.
The Anti-theft code is a code that comes with your radio when you receive it. You can contact our support team. They will be able to assist you with your order. 855-636-6287
We used to carry a device years ago that allowed nav-in-motion. I'm not sure if they still make them. We quit carrying them back in 2019. Maybe www.navtv.com might have a solution? It used to be manufactured by CoastalETech, but it doesn't look their website exists anymore.
