Love this cake. Making second tine. Doubled amount of rhubarb. First time I cut it longwise, didn’t have enough, but this time I didn’t, so it’s twice more rhubarb. 😋 thanks Cecilia. And everyone adore the cardamon and cinnamon buns, made them already at least 10 tines in the last few months. Always crave them.
Basically depends on how brown I want them to get how quickly. It’s also like how intense the oven is. So even if the temp is the same the fan makes it more intense. Does that make sense? So for a cake if the oven has the fan on it’ll brown on top but maybe won’t be baked all the way through. But then maybe you want a cookie that’s really moist inside and juuuust baked but the outside is nice and brown. Then you want to use the fan.
